The rooms were setup nice. Very clean. Loved the sliding door for the bathroom to save space. All the mirrors were a nice touch as well. The bed is very comfy. The room was pretty spacious. The hotel is located in such a nice area. There's so much to do around the neighborhood. A lot of food options, bar/drink options. The hospital is also very close in case of an emergency. The neighborhood seems like it's newer and thriving. I felt very safe being out and about.
Pictured attached was the only picture I took while at the hotel. It's right outside the bathroom literally on the other side of the mirror is the bathroom.
Positive: The location was a great spot. The hotel was very clean on the elevators and in the hallways.The room was nice size and clean. Negative: No. Everything was good. The staff also were very nice and friendly.
Great staff. Love the games in the lobby, from pool table, pacman to corn hole. Although breakfast was not included the egg bagel sandwich was very good and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean. All hardwood floors and walk-in shower. Great design. I definitely recommend this hotel.
It was a great experience hosting our event at the Aloft. The place was clean and had ample parking in the front & back of the hotel. There was a bar for cocktails and live music. The staff was pleasant and our guests were pleased with their service.
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall.
The first room we were given had a terrible odor, so we had to request a switch. The new room wasn’t much better—some of the outlets were finicky and didn’t work properly. To make things worse, there was loud karaoke going on in the lobby until 10:30 pm, which made it really difficult for my child to fall asleep.
On the bright side, Cherie and the other staff were kind and professional and handled all of these matters the best they could.
Nice experience....very friendly staff, clean, and inviting. We enjoyed every moment and we will be returning....hopefully planning our next event/stay sooner than later. Thinking about a family reunion in the near future and we will definitely be using the aloft....
Stopped here last minute while driving from NY to IN. Jontay was extremely welcoming and informative. We had our dog with us and there was NO PET FEE!????
The rooms are clean and look new (possibly remodeled?) Very upbeat bar and pool table area and lots of great amenities. To top off our experience after a 8hr drive, my partner was thrilled to see a vegan breakfast sandwich option on their breakfast bar menu. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Aloft Beachwood is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years during my drives between Chicago and New York, and it’s always my go-to overnight stop. The service is exceptional—from the friendly desk agents to the wonderful bartenders at XyZ, who are always a joy to chat with. As a dog owner, I truly appreciate how welcoming they are to pets. On my most recent visit, I accidentally left a personal item behind and didn’t realize until I was back in Chicago. Jason, the manager, went above and beyond to help, even arranging to have my item FedExed back to me. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is unmatched!
