Great friendly staff. Ton of energy and very personable. Clean/ comfy room easy in and out. If you want food, although it comes on Styrofoam plates, it is decent. But it you are looking for a better meal, head next door to the burntwood tavern. They share a car park. Easy walk.
Scheduled an airport shuttle and the front desk man forced driver to leave before I could get on. He lied to my face and tried to blame the driver. My friend was on the shuttle. Driver and passengers said they had 30 seconds. Horrible person and customer service. You accommodate your guests. Room TV was old and small.
Tony the shuttle driver is amazing. We got in after midnight. The bar was closed. So he recommended Bonnie's. It was terrific. He took us and picked us up

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great property near food. Front desk staff was very friendly!
Only downsides that were frustrating for business travel:
-4-5 Mbps wifi with no option to upgrade
-Basic cable with maybe 30 channels, no smart TV/netflix/etc.
-Gym had old style top loaded water dispenser that was empty (most gyms have a filtered wall tap I use to refill bottles)
For a ‘modern’ hotel outside of a major city I expected a bit more in the technology department.. Even most fairfield inns and comparable business hotels have these amenities.
My kids and I had some car troubles on our road trip and the staff here was nice enough to let us hang out in the lobby for a few hours while we waited for our car to be done at the mechanic. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They even gave us a shuttle ride to a local library 5 mins away! We played some of the family games in their lobby area and it made our time there enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable room. Slept well and I am a light sleeper.

We have stayed at the Aloft probably 8-10 times now and love it. It is very conveniently located for those who need easy access to the highway. The lady making food at the breakfast bar has been there since they opened 7 years ago, and is a warm and friendly soul! It has its own small bar, indoor pool, decent gym, and alongside it is a restaurant that has good food, and nice Happy Hour specials (Burntwood Restaurant). The vibe of the hotel is youthful, with bright colors and modern designs. It presents clean, and has a play area with a pool table and various games. The staff was very attentive, and friendly. We had one (not their fault, parking lot) issue this last stay, and management went above and beyond to make us happy (we weren’t even upset!)!
