The hotel is nice, and the rooms have an unusual layout that works well. The indoor pool and gym are well maintained. They have small bags of ice available on the first floor near the bar free of charge vs. ice machines. The only reason I did not rate higher was due to a bad smell at the entrance of the hotel. It smelled like vomit. I thought it may be cleaned or go away by the next day, but it was present on day 4 of my stay. Otherwise, it's a great hotel for the price.
Had a great stay. The staff was amazingly nice and knew my name after check in and would greet me. Had great recommendations around town and were very helpful. My one and only complaint was my shower. There was buildup on the head and caused the pressure to come out so hard in hurt.
I was in a hurry and didn't contact staff, but I'm sure had I told them, they would have been in to resolve the issue.
I stayed here on October 25 through the 29th just to get a quick recharge away from the kiddos the husband and the dog lol. It was my first time staying in the hotel alone! I felt so safe I felt like the staff, and when I say ALL OF THE STAFF, was amazing I’m not kidding you they were talking to me like they’ve been knowing me for many years. They were very welcoming. They were very tentative. My TV in the room had a few lines in it so it was hard to watch TV and they fix the problem right away. I told them they will definitely see me coming back again. I feel like every three months. I will have this“recharge.” Being as though life gets the best of you and it just felt so great to be able to have people make me feel at home! Thank you everyone I’ll see you after the holidays ;)
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for work. The staff is always extremely friendly. The rooms are always clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
Not really pet friendly. You’re not allowed to leave your pets in the room, even if crated. Really should take that amenity off of the listing as people that travel with their pets don’t carry them around every second of the day.
Asked if I prefer lower or higher level floor. Told them lower level, so of course given a room on the top floor. Why as if you don’t care?
We used to stay here for corporate visits, but stopped because of complaints. Seems it hasn’t improved over the years.
Room was nice and the layout works well. Some of the rooms in the hotel seemed to not having working air conditioning causing people to complain. The front desk couldn't seem to figure out how to help me get an in app room key to use, also when I first came to check in the lady at the desk just looked at me and said nothing instead of greeting me and asking me if I was checking in. Other than those things it wasn't too bad. Not the best or the worst.
Nice and clean, however there was a slight sink hole in my bed. The front desk made up for it and offered to give me another room or breakfast. The indoor pool was great. The staff was so accommodating. Everyone was friendly, there was free live entertainment in the bar/lobby area.
I have stayed here multiple times since April for work and everytime is an enjoyable experience. The kitchen and bar staff are great! Lauren, Roarke & Emily welcome everyone with positive energy and great customer service. Michelle & Dasia greet me with a smile and welcome me back every time. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and are always ready to help. I really enjoy staying here
