Best WLM Reviews
I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel off and on for over a year, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best in the area. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel like part of the family. The management team is truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure your stay is seamless. Their hospitality is a real standout!
The bar is another highlight—whether you’re winding down after a long day or meeting friends for a casual drink, it’s the perfect spot. The staff here are fantastic, making each visit to the bar a delightful experience. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall charm of the place.
What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and the fellow guests are always friendly, creating a wonderful sense of community. It’s clear that this is a place where people truly care about making your experience memorable.
The location is ideal, too! It's centrally situated, with a variety of food options, shopping, and attractions all within easy reach. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite to eat or shopping for something special, everything I need is just a stone’s throw away. The convenience of being so close to everything really makes a big difference, especially for someone like me who travels frequently.
In short, this hotel has everything you could ask for: fantastic service, a great bar, an unbeatable location, and a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home no matter how long or short your stay is. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
I love Marriott and I am extremely disappointed by this property. I’ve stayed at many Alofts and this is not at all what I was expecting during my stay. Roaches in the room, black mold in the shower, rusted fridge and dirty floors, used lotion that wasn’t replaced when the room was flipped. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I heard other guests complaining at the front desk and so I didn’t bother raising my complaints during my stay. They are aware of the issues but aren’t fixing them. Extremely disappointing.
Rooms were clean uncomfortable overall. I'm not a fan of the bed frame they use as it sticks out from the mattress and is easy to catch your shin on. I prefer the shower in the aloft hotels as those are very nice.
Location is convenient to the outlet mall and some restaurants and other places.
Service was pretty basic in comparison to most Marriott brand hotels I go to. The lady that checked us in was in the bathroom for a bit before we ever got waited on. There was no sort of sign or anything at the front desk stating they would return momentarily so we just stood there. She wasn't rude but didn't really have a lot of personality.
Overall decent stay but nothing really to wow me
Clean rooms. But ours needed maintenance. Shower handle was not attached, would come right off. Bathroom light stopped turning after first use (just flickered). They also lock doors to building at night. I didn't notice a sign for key card instructions... It was to the left on the perpendicular wall closer to exit doors. There were 3 or 4 employees just looking at me from the front desk as I knocked, offering no help. Luckily I noticed the card reader. I was pretty frustrated once I entered and said, "come on guys, you couldn't help?" The reply was "Calm down big dog!" which really irritated me and I did cuss at them against my better judgement.
Perfect location to walk to mall or top golf.
Please do yourself a favor and don't book here. They overbooked the hotel, and we ended up in a room without a shower handle, despite having made reservations months in advance. That's not all; the place was also infested with small roaches. Long story short, we didn’t want the room, but they offered no solutions since we booked through a third party and the reservation was non-refundable. So, we left and lost our money. We ended up staying at Tru by Hilton, which I highly recommend.
Our stay was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, we encountered some attitude from the staff, which wasn’t a great first impression. When we got to our room, we found a roach. After checking everything else, we noticed that the shower was missing a handle to turn on the water. When we asked the front desk about it, they explained that the handle was removed because “the water is too hot,” which left us completely confused about how we were supposed to shower. At that point, we decided to immediately cancel our stay and find another hotel. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Checked in, staff was pleasant and lively!
Room was clean as expected.
Airport shuttle supposed to run at 0500, bunch of people waiting at 0530 and staff hadn’t called anyone to come to work. Not sure why she didn’t realize his absence at a quarter to five. Uber 21 minutes out, but going to get us there. Desk clerk did compensate us for our Uber so that was positive and changed a one star service to four, driver coming to work on time gets a five star
This was the worst Aloft experience I've had. I wanted to leave but they had already charged my hard. I usually stay at Aloft because the quality is generally consistent, but this hotel was awful. It was poorly maintained, my room was not cleaned very well, the paint was peeling from the walls, linens were dirty, no soap in the dispensers, and my comforter had dingy spots in the crevices.
Also, the staff was not very welcoming. They barely greeted us, and whenever we approached them they were not friendly at all.
