I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the overall environment was comfortable. The employees were friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available. What stood out the most was how quiet the hotel was and how incredibly comfortable the mattress and pillows were—I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!
The staff (with east European accent) make the place memorable with their warmth and responsive nature.
Decor is similar to any other aloft. You have to come down and request for breakfast that’s the only hassle. All other amenities work and are functional. Nothing seems to be close by, that could be a charm for some. Plenty of space parking. Overall worth your stay and you get what you pay for.
This place was horrible, I came here with my family for an event and when we got to our room the halls outside smelt burnt. When we got there we got ready for dinner and everything seemed fine. Then when it was the day of the event I was in a room past the main lobby getting my hair and makeup done and the director of sales and marketing Martina Mitchell bursted in the room accusing our party of stealing food and drinks from the room next door. She started talking to the person managing our event and when asked to go talk to the staff and get a description she bursted out of the room. My mother went to go talk to the lady and tell her to fix her attitude and the guy from the other party started to come at her about the situation. When my mom came back in she was talking about how the guy acted. One of the event managers friends went to talk to Mitchell and she said that a tall slim black man was the one stealing the stuff. No one in our party was of that description so she told her to go apologize to the event manager. Mitchell walked in with a case of water and dropped in on the counter but didn’t say anything or apologize. Also the room was bad, the shower didn’t close all the way so water got out onto the floor. There were stains on the bed and the beds were like a rock. Would not recommend this place again.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly, courteous, and accommodating!
As for the hotel itself, the place is a horrible mess. Things are broken/inoperable everywhere. Elevator breaks down. Washing machine steals your money. Soap dispensers falling off the wall. Tile grout eroded and filled with mold. Improper shower sealing causing water to spill everywhere. Loose carpet that you trip on. Phones inoperable. Drywall peeling and flaking. Deadbolt inoperable. Management and maintenance are often not present.
Then there are the guests - two different rooms, two different domestic violence incidents, with yelling at 2-3 AM with police responding.
Be aware, when you check into the Aloft Broomfield, you shouldn't expect anything better than a cheap highway motel.
Started off check in at what seemed to be a playground. There were children running around and screaming, unsupervised, all over the lobby and the floors of the hotel.
The rooms were dirty and my room smelled HORRIBLY of body odor, it was disgusting. The bed smelled even worse. The shower was also dark and grungy with hardly any light.
The location, while safe, isn’t great. It’s very far removed from anything and takes a while to get anywhere.
I bailed after the first night and ate the cost of the second night and stayed somewhere else. Would not recommend.
We had a fantastic last-minute stay at Aloft while in town for a concert at Mile High. Easy to get around the area and a short drive to the venue. The staff was excellent, and the room was well-appointed and VERY clean. As someone who spends countless nights a year at Marriott branded properties, I would highly recommend this one. I will be back! Thank you for such a great stay.
Simple, clean, and convenient. Helpful staff for check-in, a clean room with a touch of creativity, and comfortable beds made for a nice stay. The location wasn't bad, but a bit out of the way depending on what you're trying to do in or around the Denver area. I'd certainly stay again.
We happened upon this hotel and for 4 days they made our stay the best possible. Julia and everyone at the front desk were so accommodating and the rest of the staff were awesome as well. Everything from the breakfast, popcorn and modern style really made the stay memorable. Thanks again Aloft Broomfield!!
