Best WLM Reviews
I have stayed at this hotel many times for business and it’s perfect for the modern day business traveler. The live music and great bar (led by Christina) really sets it apart. Clean rooms, good price, and attentive staff.
I’ve been coming to the aloft for about 5 years. I am a local that enjoys the location, the ambiance, the hotel bar, but above all the service and the musicians. Christina is usually behind the bar and she is friendly, prompt and knows how to make a good drink. I have also met Myra who is just as sweet. I love the bar and lounge area. They have a pool table and a food menu. I love to come on Tuesdays there is an amazing singer Dina who plays the piano and really interacts with the audience which is always nice and makes my stay that much more enjoyable. I’ve spent a couple new years here and the rooms are cozy. There is also a mall across the street which is nice so you can do your shopping and grab dinner locally and head back to hangout in the lobby. 10/10 aloft Bolingbrook!!!
I live locally and have been coming to Aloft since it opened to enjoy the bar. They have amazing live music, a nice lounge, free pool table, and a beautiful patio. Christina at the bar has been great for years I also love Mayra. Kevin is the best live music, you can see him on Wednesdays. Highly recommend!
This was a fairly nice hotel. Nice pool and gym. Live music at the bar where they also have a pool table. The Otis elevator runs nice and smooth. The rooms were great and had everything I needed. The breakfast offerings ware very disappointing in flavor/quality.
This hotel is amazing. They have live music and the bar down stairs has great service. Myra and Christina are amazing at the bar and takes care of all her customers. Their service creates an excellent vibe.
First time at this A-Loft. You can tell it’s been around a bit longer, but they are getting ready to update. Overall, room was very good. WXYZ bar was well serviced by bartender. Live music on for a Wednesday night was Kevin Presbrey. Great music and really completed the hotel style’s vibe. Definitely will return when in the area for business.
For no apparent reason, they close the indoor pool at 10:00 p.m.. The $10 "breakfast" voucher is too small to buy a breakfast with juice and the choices are grim. The staff is rude. The packaged food and drinks are overpriced. Their alarms are so quiet you sleep through it. The televising channels are limited.
We stayed at Aloft for two days, it was our nephews wedding…First trying to book the room was a fiasco, my husband even drove up there two months before the wedding to book and no one knew what they were doing, most of our guests had hard time booking, then instead of being in wedding block we were all on different floors, then two of our guests had to stay at another hotel, they were told they only book 12 rooms..Total chaos, would never recommend this hotel!!!! Upon check in the two front desk workers were very pleasant, Too bad the wedding process for our guests was a disaster!!!
