Great first stay at an Aloft! Hip & happening vibes! Wonderful staff and recovered items I left in my room 24 hrs later. Safe area and adjacent to a neighborhood. Chorizo breakfast wrap was delicious. Great common area with bar & pool table. Very good gym. Highly recommend!
This place seems to be modern, but the hospitality is lacking in all aspects. Front desk staff are never stationed at the front they are always hiding in a secluded corner. The rooms are small and there is no microwave; it you need one in your room; you must rent one. Is that real yes. Microwaves are cheap. Why do they charge for one. The rooms are not cleaned daily . One has to sleep on dirty linen for days then they would put a not on your door we missed you , if you need anything contact the front desk. Why do guest spend all that money for a room and the room is not tidy. Dogs pee stinks up the halls and loud young guests and children provide fluent music to guest at no charge night affect the guest sleep pattern Don’t book at this hotel it will regret it.
Beautiful hotel! Breakfast sandwiches available to order from the front desk. Loved the lobby and outdoor area. The room itself was modern and very clean

I came to Aloft seeking shelter from hurricane Beryl. I was very pleased with my entire stay. The cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning up my room every day. The front desk staff was very compassionate about my situation and were always willing to be flexible. I never write reviews unless I am complaining about my experience, but I think the staff deserves recognition.
Rooms look nice but walls are paper thin and you hear everything. If you’re looking for quiet and rest, this place ain’t it. There is a dripping in the wall by the toilet that I could not find the exact location of, (still dripping when I left). They began weed eating at 7:40am on a Saturday and began vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am, all of which I could hear as if they were standing right beside me. Also heard every foot step of the guests above me. All form zero function here.
I placed a reservation for 1 day initially, and everything went fine. On 8/14, I placed a reservation for the second day through GoSplitty and received a confirmation, and it was taken out of my bank account as normal around 1030a. Then, at 12 noon, I received calls from the front desk stating that I had no reservation for today. I went downstairs and spoke to the GM at the front desk, and he stated the same thing. I showed him my confirmation email, which is attached and everything. He told me I had a certain amount of time to get it corrected or they would have the police escort me out. I felt so embarrassed, like I did something wrong. I called GoSplitty 10 times after the GM stated he wasn't going to call the 3rd party company to correct this issue that wasn't my fault. After countless of back and forth with the 3rd party support group and the GM, Round Rock Police was called and I got escorted out of my room at 7p. The police gave me 5 mins to gather my things and be out or I was going to jail for trespassing. I even asked the GM if he could honor the price of the 3rd party and that was denied.
How can a guest be asked to be removed and deemed trespassing if I have confirmation of my reservation? This should have been handled between the 3rd party, which you are affiliated with and not me as the guest, if I can show you proof.
ALOFT I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND! THIS IS NOT HOW THIS SITUATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED. I HAVE STAYED AT YOUR SEVERAL LOCATIONS, NATIONWIDE BUT I WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!
Service was great, front desk host was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were a great quality for the value; clean and comfortable. The lobby provides convenient access to the bar, pool and an assortment of games and activities. This Aloft location met my expectations and I look forward to staying here again. Would recommend.
Booked wrong month for my hotel reservation, front desk lady said it can be easily changed over to the date I arrived. Ended up paying a whole separate hotel night & I'm not being granted a refund. Scammed.
