I stay at the Aloft each month for business and my experience has always been amazing. I had to leave a review because i always tell the staff they are doing an amazing job from the bar to housekeeping! I felt it should be publicized and here I am! Thanks guys!!!!
This hotel was a lot of fun on game day. Worth the additional cost to stay close to the stadium. They had a fun DJ in the lobby and a cool bar. Down the elevator and to a fun, short walk into the park. Parking was easy and reasonable cost, especially if you get there a decent time before the game starts.
The location is perfect! It’s under construction still so getting to the front desk through us off a little coming from the parking garage. The parking garage’s elevator was not working but once inside and going to our room, those worked. Our room was clean and we felt safe. Plus we had the best night of sleep on their super comfortable beds!
I have stayed at several Marriott being that I am a Bonvoy member. I must say the service at the Aloft at the Battery was exceptional. Sade was extremely pleasant and her customer service skill was amazing. This is what I look for when I check into a hotel. I will definitely book again
Was in town for one night for a concert. We’ve stayed next door at the other hotel and like the convenience of where the hotel is located so you can just park and walk to your venues and restaurants. The gentleman at check in was very friendly but it was only him checking people in so it got a little busy. The room was clean and nice and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and plush. I had the best night’s sleep. I like the big shower and the fact that the toilet was in its own separate room. However, as others have mentioned, it’s an odd configuration because the bathroom is open and there is a mirror on the adjacent wall so if you’re in the shower area other people in the room can potentially see you in the mirror while showering or dressing as there is no door. There really should be a curtain hanging to block off the area when needed, otherwise if you feel the need to do so you might want to hang a sheet over the mirror or the shower door. Other than that, the room was perfect for what we needed and I’m still thinking about how comfortable that bed was.
Honestly not sure where all the hate is coming from. Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly, easy walk for a Braves hr game. Great for our family of 3. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the beds slept great. Only complaint is it seemed like the bar was never open
We just got into our hotel after our flight and we checked into our room and there was 0 privacy for me and my family and the bedroom could not fit four people. Eventually my mom went down to the lobby to ask for another room. We were able to get a somewhat good room still not good though. They even charged my mom extra because of the room we got. We were confused why they did that because the room before sucked. 12 am our first night at the aloft the fire alarm turned on forcing everyone to go through the stairwells to the outside. We asked a worker how it happened and she said it happens often. So the worker said we can now use the elevator and we got back to our room and the thing came back on. Its sucks, as im here writing this now I can tell you my mom wished we stayed in the hilton right by the aloft.
One of the worst customer service teams I've experienced. I stay at Marriott properties for business 80+ nights per year and have never encountered a team like this one. Just choose a different hotel.
