The wait was pretty long, we didn’t get seen until about an hour & a half after the scheduled appointment time, but other than that, the staff was very friendly, attentive & sweet with my daughter. They cleaned her ears out pain free & did her vaccine super quick & didn’t drag out the fear. Great experience other than the wait time but I’m happy it didn’t affect my daughters care ????

Everyone is very nice and friendly. They take their time and listen to your concerns. I’ve been with them for 8 years. We started in Portland,Tx. 2016
My grandson was 1 1/2 and my granddaughters (twins) were 1 when they were brought to us.All born 2014. I wouldn’t change them to no other pediatrician ❤️❤️❤️Thank You Almouie Pediatric for supporting us 24/7…..NANA
Seriously nothing has changed since the last time I took my child here. You have a 815 appointment don’t get called in until 915. Absolutely un acceptable. The staff for the most part is friendly and some what know what they are doing a lot of times I feel like they don’t actually care just get in and out currently looking for a better option then this place.
Terrible Wait time even with appointment, they schedule enough people to be out by 5pm on time lol. Restrooms were dirty and it’s sad because you would think it would be cleaner being a Dr office. I got asked questions like I’m the Dr, lol when I my self are there to find out the diagnosis. Anyways, I don’t recommend. I am no longer coming here and giving someone else an opportunity. I hope they improve for other people still going :)
I’d really recommend you take your little one to a different clinic. I was transferred to this clinic after the City Base location closed. I’ve been here a handful of times since then and today was my last time bringing my child here. The wait times are usually 30-45 min after a scheduled appt. Then almost another hour waiting to be seen by a doctor once you’re placed in the room. And after all of that waiting with a toddler, which is asking a lot, you’re seen for maybe 5 min.
This clinic is horrible. The staff is awful. I showed up at 2:45 for a 3pm at 430 I asked how much longer it would be, they snapped at and said they were busy. Fine I waited when I finally got called they did vitals then asked me go back to the waiting room,when I asked how long that was going to be,I was met with another attitude and told that I could reschedule.i took my son for his physical, the physician did even check anything. She looked in his mouth to check his teeth, we have a dentist for that.
I didn't leave until after 5pm. It was a waist of time off work and I need to find another pedi so that I can take him for an actual physical. If you are part of this clinic I would find a different one,it's not what it use to be. I gave one star because I had to but I would have given any.
I took my son on Tuesday to the doctor since he has been very sick it took them over an hour to assist even having an appointment. The pediatrician came in finally to check on him only checked his ears didn’t do any other check up for his congestion stated she was going to prescribe some antibiotics and allergy medicine. I followed up with the pharmacy that same day and nothing was sent over I called the office and No one ever answers I had to leave work to go in and follow up the next day to see if anything was sent and she NEVER sent anything over to my sons pharmacy. The receptionist stated she’ll follow up with me as soon as the pediatrician sent it over which they called me around 2 pm and she said they were sending it over. I called this morning to HEB pharmacy to see if medicine is ready and NOTHING was ever sent over. My son has been coming here since he was a new born and he’s four now and with this new pediatrician it has been so hectic I’m definitely leaving Almouie and I DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time bringing your kids here.
