Thank you Almouie for making my experience less stressful . On Nov 20 the staff who worked in that day did an exceptional work ftom sending fax of refill to school faxes of excuse to referral . Her Dr was very warm and welcoming couldn’t have asked for a greater team of employees. Thank you in advance . The lady in front who worked that day was awesome from caring for us to taking care of other patients thank you
Always quick to schedule our appts..All staff is very attentive and the Dr takes time to listen to my concerns for my child and helps find the right treatment for her...Definitely staying at this location
Waiting room is a little on the warm side and it was our first vist there for a yearly check up/physical and the Dr didn't even check my sons ears felt kind of rushed thru the appt it didn't even last more than 8-10mins long other dr's office usually tk abt 30mins and check everything from vision and hearing

They use to answer the phone quick. Now you call the office clinic and they send you straight to the voicemail???? . Don't know if it's due to new staff?????.
I recommend this place to anyone , my son felt comfortable for the first time receiving shots , he's always scared n nervous ,this time the nurse that game my son his 3 shots was so professional and very helpful with keeping my son distracted with a conversation on playing games on his PS4 , he was so surprised that he didn't feel no pain or scared of receiving his immunizations due to the nurse keeping busy with the conversation they were having , very greatful, and my 15 yr old son is looking forward to Goin back to receive his other immunizations in May, so thank you so much ,God bless yall ????
Staff is friendly but they placed an incorrect code to quest diagnostics. Insurance tried to call and ask the doc several times between January, May, and June to change the code but they never did, so I had to pay the full price for labs. Cultures and viral swabs. I ended up just paying the bill because I was getting sent to collections. I will never bring my kid there again. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to friends or family.
Yes , this i took my child to them stating concern about your eczema ,& these people literally say in my face made the same concerns an did not right her prescription like before I left they asked me what store an etc all to not even send her anything an honestly I'm getting really upset cause the shit weird this not the first or second time this happens just hope to find a doctor DOCTOR THAT CARE ABOUT OUR CHILDREN NOT THE CHECKS
