Best WLM Reviews
Daisy our server was very friendly & helpful navigating through the menu. The wonderful part was the freshly made tortilla chips & homemade salsa. I had the Fajita Mixta which had Chicken, Pork & Choriz along with a cup of rich chicken noodle soup. Absolutely Delicious! It came with rice, refried beans & 3 warm flour tortillas. Dessert was a refreshing scoop of Vanilla Ice cream.
I went to this place on a recommendation, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This small restaurant has what I would say has the best authentic Mexican food in the county.
I was also happy that the portions were reasonable, so I left not feeling stuffed, which I was happy about. The guacamole was delicious and did not fill me up, so I was able to enjoy my main course.
The price was also better than reasonable.
So I would say that if you want an excellent Tex Mex dinner at a reasonable price, definitely visit the Almitas. You won't be sorry.
I love small restaurants, this one needs some work. The food is good but the service is slow.
They serve big plates and have a lot that's not available. Don't list items you don't have.
I'd go back, but they need some adjustments. Make some traditional items for the locals.
This is real authentic Tex-Mex just like in where I use to live in El Paso. These guys delivered the goods.
The enchiladas were not spicy, flavorful and delicious. The el pastor was packed with crispy chorizo bits with a generous amount of chicken. We both got combos and were happy with what came to the table.
If you are from a border town and miss the food this is the place for you.
Excellent Mexican Restaurant in Woodbridge. I ordered fish and it was a very huge fish! Crispy outside inside is juicy ???? my first tried, and I like it very much.
Thing you should know, the restaurant they don't do reservations, first come, first serve.
If I'm right, Inside the restaurant have only 6 tables and nice decoration.
Very delightful experience!! Food was amazing, service is top notch (very warm and friendly), and the over-all vibe was very homey and chill. Also loved the music! Will definitely come back! ☺️
A hidden jem just over the bridge from Fairfax County. The flavor was delicious. The Sangria was amazing.. The atmosphere was refreshing. And the service was friendly and efficient. And the bill came with a treat.
This is my new fav Mexican spot! Exactly what I want my Mexican food to be like when so many other places disappoint, the most friendly service imaginable AND the cutest coziest atmosphere. Plus they just kept bringing out freebies! Check them out!
