Stopped by on a whim while driving by on a weekend around 4 pm. Not busy, only 1 table was full. This place is large, a lot of tables for larger groups...
The food was good, seafood platter and tacos de Birria. Everything came hot and fresh... seafood platter was a bit salty, yet the tacos need a lot more salt. Portions were nice sized.

Full Flavored Mexican food! From Divorced Eggs to Cochinita Pibil tacos , it all taste very delicious. Can't wait to return to this hidden Gem.
Takeout: (1)cheese enchilada platter was falling out of Styrofoam box and made a mess. I had to empty it all out onto a plate. It looked OK, but son said he DID NOT LIKE the food. (2) I ordered fish tacos on flour tortillas. By themselves. There is NO platter available with rice and beans. That's extra. I'm guessing tortilla chips and a little salsa is extra too. They didn't give us anything. These were the worst I've ever eaten. The tortillas were wet and stuck together. When I tried to separate them, they fell apart. The fish tasted funny, not like fish at all. (3)I was given 2 receipts. The waitress should have handed one back to me. I have no receipt to show I ordered food. It was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. That is why I have only eaten there one other time in 14 years. My daughter and I came close to developing food poison from a meal we ate in restaurant. I'm not being a whiney baby. It was just a poor meal so I won't be returning. I grew up in New Mexico and ate TexMex on a regular basis so I have a good idea of what I'm ordering. I'm not recommending this establishment and I will be in touch with management if I see more than one charge on my debit card. The only reason I ate here- my favorite wasn't open due to power outages from Hurricane Beryl.
my favorite place for Mexican food in the Spring area. The prices are good. The $10 special gives you a filling meal with free chips and hot salsa. Comforting vibe inside. Good spot for home style Mexican food
First time here, and I highly recommend the Birria tacos. That’s why I showed up. I did not realize that unless you ask for quesabirrias that the cheese is not included. All good- still delicious and filling. I will return soon and add the “queso.” These are big tacos- I was very pleased. I ordered a margarita and the nice waitress, Silvia, brought me a large- no complaints.

The Shrimp Enchiladas are very good here and really reasonably priced as well. The Shrimp was slightly spicy (something I wholeheartedly adore by the way), the refried beans and rice was great and I had a coke for my choice of drink. The service was great, it was easy to make the order and the food was cooked fast and tasted great. Here's a shot by the way. I added hot sauce to it by the way.
