All the major hospitals took over three hours this one took less than 3 minutes and was seen by two nurses and the doctor, was given everything needed and the right diagnosis. Without this place I don’t know what would have happened if I would have waited that extra time. Can truly not thank the staff here enough
I went to AEC and they were nothing compared to Ally medical! They have drinks and snacks and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Even without a voice they still worked with me and by the time I got home I felt so much better already. I also went and got stitches in November and again 10/10 experience. If you have insurance or can self pay GO HERE!
I went in with a pretty substantial wound on my forehead. The over-night staff was fantastic! I was seen almost immediately. They were calm and kind even though I was bleeding everywhere. From the person at reception to my CT scan nurses, everyone was attentive, patient and friendly.
Dr. Aldaz and the entire night crew made a very bad experience a lot easier to get through.
I couldn't imagine getting this kind of treatment in a hospital ER.

First of all, I would like to thank the following: Jeanne (front desk), Dianna (rad tech), Freddy, (ER tech), Jaime (nurse), and Dr. Berios (The Man)! These men and women saved my career yesterday! I needed a chest X-ray to rule out Tuberculosis per policy at my nursing school/hospital clinical in a hurry. Their ER facility, (Ally Medical ER - Central Austin) at 5525 Burnet Rd. Ste A, 78756, was BUSY, BUT they took me in like a family at Christmas time! They are a cohesive team of professionals that worked quickly and efficiently to expedite my needs. Everyone was cheerful, compassionate, and understanding. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that anyone with a medical issue put them at the top of your list when considering where to go in your time of need. I did not feel rushed, rather I felt very taken care of and treated with respect throughout the whole process. These guys made me proud to begin my journey into medicine. Professionalism, kindness, and love is what they exude. I can only hope to become what I experienced in their facility. Thank you all so very much!

The entire staff at Ally took really great care of me. My Rad tech Diana, the ER tech Janessa, the nurse Dave, and my doctor Dr. dapper were also so wonderful to work with and they made me feel really comfortable. For what I went in for, I got in and out fairly quickly compared to a normal ER. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quick relief in an emergency!
I’m so grateful to the team at Ally Medical Emergency Room for their compassionate care. Cole and Jeanne at the front desk were welcoming and kind, and Felipe, the ER tech, was attentive and efficient. Nurses Jaime, Eddie, and Kelly went above and beyond to keep us informed and comfortable. Dr. Berios and Dr. Nguyen provided thorough, caring attention to my daughter and me making sure we felt fully supported. The entire staff made a difficult time easier – thank you!
Was seen fast. Was called back quick. Check in w nurse and tech was fast and easy. Dr Price was very understanding about my medical issue. He gave me Motrin and Tylenol for the pain. And gave me a big shot in the buttocks. I was given a lot of medical supplies to help me at home. I was so great full for that.
As soon as I walked in, Tasha, the front desk receptionist was Attentive and helpful. I hurt my wrist and the radiation tech Jessica and nurse Dana were amazing!, I was completely taken care of, And Dr. beños , he was insightful and helpful on how to take care of my injury.. I was out of there in a very timely and I would say 10 tout of10 go there again.
