First an foremost the entire facility was spotless.
The staff were so friendly and we very much felt heard when it came to our questions and concerns.
I would definitely recommend you come here when you need answers and an expedient visit. Exceeded expectations.
Took my 17 year old son there the other day. He was feeling awful. Staff were awesome. He said it was great to see people that loved their job. Seriously our whole family goes here now. We wouldn't go anywhere else ❤️
We had such a great experience at Ally Express in Bastrop! We have been there several times and we always get in and out with accurate treatment in a very short time frame! Debbie at the front desk is so helpful and sweet! Kali, the radiology tech and Shelby the ER tech are so informative and great with patients of all ages! Nurse Robert and Tanya did an excellent job at getting the necessary tests run on my little one. They were amazing! We have seen both Dr. Patel and Dr. Dale several times and they are very through and make sure we don’t have any questions. Overall, we always have a great experience at Ally and often prefer going there if we have ailments that may require then a normal PCP! We highly recommend!
I highly recommend Ally Medical Emergency Room. They are very fast, I didn’t even sit down before they brought me back to a room. All of the staff were very kind, friendly and considerate. Debbie at the front desk immediately made me feel welcomed and was patient with me as I completed my information. Nurses Robert and Joan and the PA Hari, were professional and competent while also making me feel less anxious. I will definitely come here the next time my family needs emergency care.
Everyone was amazing, patient, and kind. The environment was calm and welcoming. Erica greeted me with care. The ER Tech’s Daniel and Sal… did a great job and answered all my questions. The doctor and nurse were so awesome, they made the visit better and provided the care we needed. Thank you Sharon and Hatfield!
As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted by the font office associate. Our entire visit was top notch! The NP was very thorough and asked lots of questions and listened to my concerns. We were treated with kindness and respect our entire visit. As we were leaving the front office associate gave my daughter a goodie bag! This place was clean, friendly, inviting, and comforting!
Thank you Ally ER in Bastrop. The team did amazing on our recent visit there and stayed longer than expected but the while we were there the team were awesome. They have good bed side manners. From the front office Yuri and Zoe, the techs Matt/Kali, Nurses, Danny/Tanya and Robert and Doctors Racey and Hatfield. A huge thank you again for everything and may you always be blessed! I personally found Ally Medical in Bastrop to be nothing short of a safe, sanitary, and satisfactory clinic. The staff was friendly and readily equipped to provide efficient care for a disconcerting allergic reaction I had at the time of my visit. Of course, waiting times may vary depending on the number of patients, but my overall experience was quick and easy.
