I come here 1-2 times a month for a pedicure and full set or fill in. I typically spend $120 plus tips which brings it to about $150. Laura (usually wears a ponytail and mask and has a few gray hairs in the front) did my nails last time. I got my tips removed and SNS polish. The nails didn’t even last a week, which has happened before when Laura did my nails. The man (I believe Ken) also removed my tips with another nail which I told him was very painful & ended up heavily damaging my natural nails.
I went back to try for a refund which they of course refused. They offered to fix only TWO of the four broken nails or I could get a short set with acrylic & gel for $30. Laura was very rude and hostile and blamed me for the nail polish peeling stating that I was “not careful” with my nails. When I asked her what this meant she claimed that I was “tapping” which makes no sense. The workers all began to talk about me in Vietnamese in front of my face and the old lady with the glasses openly and obviously mocked another customer.
I can forgive the repeated poor quality of work if a resolution is offered, but the customer service is nonexistent here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Pros: The place was clean, the staff was polite.
Major Cons: I did asked for the classic pedicure but I couldn't even call what my nail tech did the "bare minimum." He barely scrubbed my feet, maybe touched the back of my heel once and het cut my toe!! I was literally bleeding on the floor.
I know, accidents happen but my toe is really badly cut. I don't have pictures of the bleeding before he applied paint because he rinsed m foot off but you imagined. The service ended up being free.
Worst place ever!!! I went in to get a full set for my baby shower, and I originally wanted french tips with a baby’s foot on my ring finger, but the nails were already looking horrible, so I settled for just white nails with a pink baby’s foot on the ring finger. It was absolutely horrible how he began to do them, so I stopped him and just told him to give me all white nails. The nails are lifted upward, the lady ripped my old acrylic nails up with a nail tip instead of soaking the nails off, and my nails were burning the entire time. I will be adding pictures below. Do not waste your time and money here ever!
My mother went to get her nails done while visiting the area. The next day she had to go back up there for them to re-polish because it was chipping. They said it was because she wasn't left under the lamp long enough.. a week later she need to go get the redone. Polish completely gone on the thumb
Sara’s pedicure was the best I have experienced in 30 years! My first time at Allure, because I moved from Kentucky last month. I made an appointment to replace my acrylic nails with gel nails next week. I’m a regular now. Pleasant music, relaxing atmosphere, and clean salon. 5 stars!

Came in to try and get a pedicure with my boyfriend yesterday and even after I checked in and sat next to him no one came to ask me what I needed done. Right when a tech came to start his pedicure I asked her if there was anyone to do a pedicure for me as well and she said 5minutes. She went and spoke with another tech then came back and said he would be with me shortly. The guy she referred to just looked at me, finished the manicure he was working on then went straight to the back and didn’t come back to the front. I then sat there for 30 minutes as 3 workers worked on one lady (2 people for her feet and 1 for her nails). They serviced another person who walked in after me and just continued to move around me as I waited for someone to even address me. Very rude staff
A friend recommended this salon. I was very pleased they were able to provide service to me as a walk in. I required a gel pedicure and a SNS manicure. I was happy they were able to work on my feet and my hands at the same time. The ladies were very pleasant and sometimes comical since this is my first time I’ll see how the gel holds up if all is well I will be back.
Walked in and didn’t have to wait. Attendant was sweet and talked a little bit. Did a fantastic job. Will keep coming back.
