My experience at allure has been all good personally and for our wedding group. Iris has always been helpful and helped me come up with new ideas and has been really fun to get beautiful nails every time
They were nice and punctual for my appt time. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work. The polish I chose has a white base and my nails weren't smooth when the 2 coats were applied. So, as you can see in the pics, there are lines in all of them. There is also space at the back and on the sides of most of the nails. My nails are one day old. I'm honestly not sure if I'll be returning for my refill
I’ve been to this place twice and it wasn’t the worst but also wasn’t the best. The first time I went the experience wasn’t bad, the woman who serviced me was a little unfriendly which I didn’t mind too much so I went back to get a full set done. This time I got something relatively simple, and when they were doing my nails they shaved off part of my skin with the file until it started to bleed a little, it did hurt but I didn’t say anything I just pulled away a little when I felt it and they noticed but didn’t say anything, I did watch them be careful around the spot after though which I appreciated. The nails after being formed weren’t the smoothest but overall the nails themselves were not bad. I was given a $5 discount for having had my skin shaved off and it was still $70 for acrylics with french tips. The person doing my nails was very nice I just didn’t appreciate that the incident wasn’t acknowledged properly.
I used to love Allure. Lately, not so much. I’m very laid back and am not the type to ever give negative reviews but here I go. A few months ago, I asked to get my nails soaked off. The lady told me ripping them off with a fake nail was better for my nails. I asked again if she could soak them. She said no and continued ripping them off with her fake nail. Since then, the last 2 sets of nails I have gotten have had a nail fall off within the first week of having them. (No, I don’t do any type of manual labor with my hands that would cause acrylic nails to fall off.) On the last set I asked for 1 coat of funny bunny and 1 coat of bubble bath. The guy did bubble bath only. I asked if I could get the funny bunny too like I originally asked and he said no. Anytime I have kindly asked for a nail to be straightened or cut down more, every employee there will blow it off. Once I was told “that’s just how the nail looks.” Sir, that nail is crooked! Believe me, I’ve spoken up plenty of times and it has not helped. Today I went to get my nails soaked off. The guy was incredibly sweet but used the metal piece on the electric file on my bare nails trying to get the acrylics off. My nails beds are reddened, sore, and now paper thin. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Just got a fill and reshaping and they did a great job. Salon is clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly and informed me of the cost up front. This is definitely one of the best nail salon in Ruston and I will be back!

Came in for a pink & white set, and the result was fantastic! The nail tech was precise, and my nails came out looking clean and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of work is outstanding. I’ll be back for sure!
