Tammy gave me a wonderful pedicure! I don’t know the other lady’s name but she did my manicure. I was just telling my spouse how wonderful my hands and feet look. I live in Sisters but will always come back to Bend specifically to get pampered!!!
This is officially my nail place! Today was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience, from being able to book online, to easily checking in, picking my color, and having my services done efficiently. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is great! I can tell they have a lot of loyal customers because just in the one hour I was there, at least 4 or 5, customers walked in to make an appt and the phone kept on ringing. I was able to pay by card, including tip. No one was bugging me to add onto my services. It was truly relaxing and peaceful, as it should be. The music playing in the background was also relaxing (classical), and no one was yelling across the room to chat with their colleagues. Oh, and I'm very satisfied with my nails. Dave was my technician and he was very thorough.
Got a mani pedi with a couple friends, I usually do my own because of prices these days but it was a treat yourself kinda day. The pedicure was fine until they got an afternoon rush. They then all started bouncing from customer to customer and it became very rushed and inattentive. Rather than be honest about the longer wait, they kept seating people and getting the process started then leaving them to sit while they worked on another customer. Our appointment took almost 2 hours because of this. By the end of it, at least 3 different people had been working on simply removing my friend's acrylics. I honestly didn't mind that they were busy until they started pushing us for more services. My friend wanted her acrylic set removed so when they asked about my nails, I told them if they were going to do a manicure that I wanted to protect my natural nails. The reason for the poor review is because they told me the dip powder was better for natural length so I reluctantly said I would try it. My natural nails are extremely fragile and will break in the most painful spots under thick acrylic nails so I told them I didn't want anything that would damage them. They deliberately ignored me, filed down my natural nails and gave me an uneven set of ugly, chunky nails. By my understanding for hygiene purposes you're not supposed to dip your hands in the powder container but she stuck my hands straight in there and I caught a few stray fuzzies as well as random glitter because god knows how many other people's hands have been in that container. When they were finished and still working on my friend, I spent the remainder of my time picking all the crusted powder out from under my fingers. I've worked in customer service for as long as I've been old enough to work so I was really uncomfortable being honest about how unhappy I was with my mani. The lady who was doing most of the translating for the others had the audacity to tell me they made my nails stronger and to wait 2 weeks, I would then change my mind about not liking them. I hope that extra $51 was worth making someone never want to step foot in a salon again, I'm very sensitive about allowing people to touch my hair and nails and it seems like that anxiety is reinforced every single time I am convinced otherwise. Last photo is what my nails looked like before they destroyed them.
We went in to get our nails fixed after getting them done at MK and they were so nice! Tracy fixed it and made it look great. Peter also did a pedicure and they were just amazing! THANK YOU
The best pedicure I have ever had! The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I have recently had a very negative experience at a different salon and was very apprehensive about trying another salon. I am so glad that I chose Allure Nails.
Always had a great experience here. I want to get my nails done regularly, so I love that I can book online. Friendly staff who really care that you are happy with your nails.
This salon is my new favorite spot for a pedicure. The technician was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the service. The service quality is excellent, and they really pay attention to detail. The parking was very easy, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!
