I asked for a 30-minute pedicure plus an add-on 20-minute foot massage. First, she painted the toes the wrong color. I asked if she could change them. So she polished the second coat with the correct color without removing the first coat. You can see a different color underneath. She did not clean the edges. Also after the nail tech painted my toes she massaged my calf's for 20 mins while my toes were drying. I asked her to massage my feet but she said other customers ask for foot massage only and I should've said only foot massage. Confused about the service but I will never come back again.
Loan Did such a Great Job on My Holiday Nails. She does very neat work and takes her time but is also quick for the quality of work she provides. Simple but Neat and Sheek. Think I'm gonna love my Holiday Nails. Thank you LOAN!????????
I’ve had experience with many employees here at allure they all work hard but I love how two employees work . Their work always made me feel so trustworthy with my nails and toes. It shows how dedicated and focus they are for the work and not rushed .
All of the women work hard at Allure Nail Bar but Loan is by far the best. She pays great attention to detail and always does a beautiful job. I’ve been coming for at least two years.
My nails turned out Great and staff are always friendly. I got my nails done by Loan and she got the color just right!
Ms Kim always takes care of me she is the best and I don’t even wanna go anywhere else she have been helping me for almost a year. Very respectful and kind♥️.
If there was a one star I’ll give it that. When I walked in the place I asked if they do Polly gel and both of the ladies said yes and I said I want a refill they said okay and so I sat down and the lady working on my nails was rushing to remove my color. Fast forward she took out her acrylic stuff I told her that that’s not what I asked. They both said I didn’t ask for Polly she even had the audacity to say that what I had was acrylic. They stared discussing me and kept on saying this looks like acrylic you didn’t ask. They didn’t even apologize. It’s not my first time here and came here to give them a second chance but man are they the rudest???? Tell me what I have is something and saying that I didn’t ask for Polly when I did. Absolutely horrible place. Would not recommend!!!! Whoever the manager is or owns this business needs to do something with their customer service skills. You do not call your client a liar!!
Had a good experience here, came in for a basic pedicure. Got what I came for & they’re running a 20% off grand opening deal. Bright & beautiful space too and they gave me a whole tray of snacks! Fresh fruit, chips, and a candy. Will be back!
