I came here with a friend, walk in with no appointment around 1pm on a Saturday. We asked for a gel manicure and a dip.
They sat us down together at the Mani bar, and got us drinks (mimosas for the win ????)
It looked like they had an influx of people right before us, so all nail techs were working. We had to wait thirty minutes, but I knew Saturday would be busy so we weren't bothered by it.
The nail tech doing my friends dip did a FANTASTIC job, I wish we got her business card. She measured the nail tips and shaped them evenly. She also put on cuticle oil (not included in service), because my friends cuticles were in our shape.
I had asked for a gel mani and am pleased with the results. However, a few things here - I didn't realize until I left that a few of my nails are longer than others, meaning he didn't really check.
I had also asked for a nail design on the form you fill out, and was not asked about it. I honestly wasn't thinking about it, so I didn't bring it up until he had finished and left. The other nail tech doing the dip asked if I wanted it changed and she could make sure... But I told her it was alright.
Like I said, they were professional, but id probably want someone with a little more attention to detail next time.
I am not from the area and came here for a baby shower. Needed to get my nails done. My sister got a pedi and I got dip nails. Great customer service, they were all so nice. Both our nails look great, Erica was very thorough. They were not super busy, sat us down right away.
I have been going to this salon for a few years now and here lately I have been a bit disappointed. It took almost 2hrs to soak my nails off. It was impossible to get them off. My nail bed is destroyed for the time being.Techs need to do better at applying acrylic and taking care of customers natural nails.
I have been coming here for almost three years. Eric has always been fair and amazing with his work.
The few times I have not been able to have him service my nails, I have gone to another lady that works there. She is constantly adding charges to the bill. I know exactly what she’s doing. I let it slide time and time again but I’m at the point where I can’t anymore. I never get long nails. By no definition are these nails long. At one point she charged me $5 for the nail shape and an extra $5 for the long nails. I had asked for regular square and again not long. So she added $10 to the bill. I always still leave tip. Bc I’m not, not going to leave a tip. This time again, nothing special and she added a service fee and this time $8 for long nails. I did bring it to her attention bc today was the last straw for me. How did I get charged for “long” nails last time and the charge was $5, yet this time the charge for “long” nails is $8.
Again, they do great work. I will definitely miss Eric and his wife. But constant up charging isn’t right. Does not sit well with me. And it’s only been one particular person.
Would not recommend coming here unless you’re just in the area and need something to hold you over. The pedicure was doable, did have to ask the lady at the end to go back over and clean up excess paint. The lady doing my nails does not how to shape very well at all. Also to leave dried pains or product and not offer any type of oil or some way to remove was a first time experience from any nail salon I’ve been to. I had to ask the pedicure lady for some oil at the end. My first time experience was nothing that would make me return.
Julee and Me did a phenomenal job! Julee did amazing work on my natural nail with a dip, better than I’ve ever gotten and I’m obsessed. Me’s pedicure was relaxing and soothing. Can’t wait to go back!

I came from KS to visit the area and found the salon by mistake. Best mistake ever, this is the BEST pedicure I have ever received. They were courteous, excellent customer service and amazing atmosphere! If could come from KS monthly you will find me here!
The first time I came to this salon Eric took such great care of me. He was very personable, polite and professional. I was ready to give this salon 5 stars when my nail broke less than a week later. I returned to the salon. Eric wasn’t there but I wasn’t worried because I was sure I would still get the same quality service. I could not have been more wrong. I was told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes passed I was told you can wait longer. All to fix 1 nail. Had I not needed it to match I would have left right then. Little did I know it wasn’t going to match anyway. When he eventually got to me he put the wrong color acrylic that does not match my other nails. When asked about it I was told “If you wanted it to match you should have asked Eric. I don’t know what color he used”. Obviously they didn’t care. They never apologized or offered to fix it and still charged me. While I was getting my nails done another lady came up to me, grabbed my free hand and began inspecting it asking where I got my nails done. Then she got upset when I pulled my hand away. *If* I return I will be sure to only deal with Eric.
