Giving 4 stars because my nail tech was kind and I’m not trying to lower their rating, but this is unacceptable. I paid $80 *+tip of course* for a mani pedi and she gave me 20%discount for being a new customer ????. I schedule online and when I got there I kept being asked what I wanted. No problem, but odd considering I’d scheduled in advance.
I work so much and take care of my mom so I rarely do anything for myself. I really needed this today but I am so saddened by this appointment. I drove 30 minutes simply because of the other good reviews. I give myself way better pedicures than this at home, so when I go to get them done I expect them to look professional. Now I have to fix this myself. Maybe it was just an off day, but I sure paid the price. 3/10.
AVOID at all costs. They take advantage of new customers and overcharge. My $30 basic pedicure turned into $65. UP CHARGE WAS NEVER MENTIONED OR ASKED. These are things you confirm with a client at each step before DOUBLING the price of their original service. Needless to say, that was the first and last time. Will not be coming back. $65 FOR THIS BASIC ASS PEDICURE. Never again.
I've only been to this nail salon twice now. I had Mai do my French gel manicure! She's fairly newer among the other employees and has only been there for a few months now.
Both times, I was very pleased.
Excellent service and she doesn't rush at all even when it gets to be closing time.
Mai has a GREAT, intricate attention to detail. (This was only my 2nd time getting a French gel manicure as I usually just did my own nails all the time.)
I had Nina do my gel pedicure for my toes. She was great and I was very pleased as well!

So me and my auntie went here for the first time This is what I asked for and this is what I got…the lady that did my nails was Av it was bulky and the shape was off and when I confronted her all she could do was fix the shape on the other hand David did my auntie nails and he did a good job he was nice and funny and had offered us some wine. If I do go back David would be doing my nails
Tracy and David were amazing nail artists! I showed them a photo of what me and my daughter wanted and they brought it to life. They were super kind and very precise on every line. I would definitely recommend!
One of the worst looking pedicures I've ever received. Just because someone works there, it doesn't mean they know what they're doing. Buyer Beware.
I see in the reviews the owner tried to tell someone they went to the wrong salon. This is exactly where I went just in case there are any questions: Allure Nail Bar Druid Hill 1975 clairmont rd. Decatur, ga 30033. Next to the New Balance store.
I have been traumatized by nail salons and was nervous about giving a new salon a try. When I tell you, I don’t regret coming here. This salon is amazing and they are always so welcoming. My nails and toes last me about a month. The quality and overall work that they do here is incredible. I always get compliments on my nails and I am always happy and highly satisfied. Any design I show them, they do it flawlessly.
My service. I got a deluxe pedicure, the 3rd option. Okay I’m just going to get right into it. I was the nail techs last customer and I could not enjoy my service because everything was rushed. She barely buffed my nails, she slapped on the scrub and quickly rinsed it off, she slapped on the mask then put the hot towels on that did not even stay on me feet for a minute. So finally I got frustrated and asked if she could please slow down. Her hand movement while massaging the lotion on my legs was so fast it was uncomfortable. My self and the other nail tech that was doing my friend pedicure explained to my nail tech that she was rushing and needs to slow down. She slowed down for a few seconds once I began talking to my friend I assume she thought I was not paying attention and began doing the fast movements again. When she stated polishing my nails I pointed out that my friend had started her pedicure 15-20min before me are we are both ending at the same time, resulting in her offered to give me another massage after the polish, I declined it wasn’t about the massage everything was rushed plus I could barely pull my pants legs up leaving her with little to work with. Then my polish application was bad you could see spots that were not covered which I pointed out and she agreed and added another coat of polish. Call me crazy but I still gave small $5 tip.
Now this is just my experience, my two friends that I was there with got the same pedicure with amazing service, the techs took their time and massaged all products into their skin, their polish applications were nice. The owner was very helpful, the place was clean.
A few days late but I had time today!
