The staff is knowledgeable and kind and although this was my first time here, they treated me like family. I went on Saturday and today is Monday and I am swollen and concerned BUT I think I am freaking myself out. I have a follow up in 2 weeks for extra filler for the Pretty Eyes package and I will most likely get it. The care they took with everything they did and since I went on the recommendation of a long time client of theirs I was overall very happy with the service. It is costly but honestly I have only had 3 full days of recovery and I am fully aware it takes time. Very respectful, respectable and I thoroughly appreciated the time each staff member took with me. The staff is beautiful and kind, funny and honest. Great place…. Update on separate appointment—- Shannen and Ashley were great on my face and lips last Friday. I actually have a follow up tomorrow to address some issues or a better word would be questions about some of the facial fillers but I’m sure they will be accommodating and I will leave impressed as usual.
Have had Botox off and on over the years by various service providers. This was by far the worst. Had made an appointment for the discounted Botox and instead got a 40 minute sales pitch during which I repeated that I only wanted the Botox and had a budget. Tech was very rude interrupted me constantly, and spoke over me, compared to herself to a doctor prescribing antibiotics! Lol. Very disappointing. In the end, she said she wouldn’t treat me unless I bought a certain package. I called their corporate office and they could care less. In retrospect, I’m glad I didn’t get treatment there because totally do not trust them. Worst ever. I’ve booked with another provider that I used before even though they’re more expensive . Note that all the Bad reviews share a Similar Experience and are Recent. Seems like somebody needs more training. So disappointing.
So in love with this place!! Recommend it over other places. Erika and Desi are absolutely amazing they make you feel right at home. They are very insightful and comforting. Girls this is the place to go!!
Brooke the med asst and Angela the PA I can’t say enough good things about either of them. I’ve luckily been with both since I started at Allure. I usually can’t decide which service to choose or which package and they’re both always very helpful. They’re encouraging and I know each time I’ve made the right decision. If you’re looking for an excellent, total service office that’s very professional and kind, this is it.
The first two times I got Botox was somewhere else. I got 38 units in my forehead and around my eyes, and it worked beautifully and lasted 3+ months. This time I went to Allure and the injector told me I need 50 units. Since it was much cheaper than the other place I had been going to, I agreed. Well I don’t know what they used, but it started wearing off in 3 weeks and is completely gone 6 weeks later. I don’t know if they dilute it or what, but I was very disappointed.
Again, a fantastic experience and results are amazing. My daughter received her first lip flip. Her top lip was always smaller than the bottom. I have gorgeous lips now and my Botox will be perfect just as it was before. Thanks to our Angel team of Dr Ashley Collingson & Malia! ????❤️????
This was a total scam. I have been getting Botox for 10+ years but when I didn’t want to do extra from my normal treatment, I was refused service. They would not provide 20 units, 40 was the least they could do. Do not go here unless you want to spend much more than is necessary. Interesting note, there were no other customers while I was there, at lunch time. That probably should have been my first clue.
I had an appointment Saturday 9/7, was greeted very promptly with a smile. I was going in for HRT, Ashley the Nurse Practitioner came in and went over my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to have the HRT pellets done that day. Brook was the nurse who administered the pellets, she explained everything as she was doing this. I felt very comfortable and was at ease. I know it is too soon to know how well this will work for me, I will do an update in a month or two. Overall the location, staff and experience was great.
