Had an appointment with NP Marisa today and I wish I could give more stars! She was so compassionate, empathetic, explained everything in detail, and is an incredible listener. Very thankful for her care and expertise. Highly recommend!
I really enjoy coming to the office. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was a little nervous when I initially came in, but ever since that first appointment, NP Ndon has been fantastic! During each visit she listens, gives great care, and provides insightful recommendations. I also appreciate the fact that they don't have you waiting all day, which helps make my day less stressful.
The office manager was so nice and helpful. I was filling a prescription for my sick and disabled grandmother and wasn’t sure what to do seeing as though it was my first time ever. Your wonderful office manager took the time to help get it processed at my local pharmacy super close to my home with no hassle at all. She deserves a raise and I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know. It really just takes a little kindness and it goes a long way. Thank you to that office manager, Michelle.
I have always had a great experience at All Phases Dermatology. All of the team members from the receptionist to the medical technicians are kind and professional. And Dr Appiah is a wonderful doctor and provides important information while being calming and reassuring regarding procedures
My first visit at AllPhases Dermatology was 17 years ago with Dr. Appiah she was very kind and considerate. I was very satisfied and grateful to have a physician with the knowledge and experience to provide me with solutions and a treatment plan that worked.
This year, I decided to give the office a call after many years, and this time, I had the opportunity to see Jordana. She is awesome, and that is an understatement! This experience was life changing for me, and I am forever grateful for her support and genuine care and compassion.

AllPhases Dermatology provided exceptional patient service. They were responsive and patient and took the time to explain my diagnosis with me and the prescribed medication as well. The front desk staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and confident as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you “Day”.
Lastly, Dr. Ndon was pleasantly energetic and well versed regarding my diagnosis. After a few attempts with other offices, I believe I’ve finally found the right physicians/office.
Dr Appiah is a great doctor. She explains the procedures and doesn't rush. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. I'm glad I was able to get the treatment I needed.
I scheduled an appointment online, which let me tell you I completely appreciate because my job has a no phone policy, so by the time I get off, the doctors offices are already closed. Anyways I picked a date that was towards the end of July. The office manager called me to ask what could she do to accommodate my schedule because of my reason for needing to be seen. I was completely stunned by this, just taking the time to ask about my schedule and setting me up with with a sooner appointment so my situation wouldn't get worse. When I asked was there anything I needed to do she assured me that before we got off the phone she would set me up with my patient portal so I would be all set for my appointment. She took the time to explain everything to me and I truly appreciated that. She got me in on the same day I had already taken off so I didn't have to miss work again. The time she took with me really showed me I made the right decision coming to this office. A1 customer service Michele and you were absolutely right NP Parand is phenomenal. I am already scheduled for my next appointment. See you all soon
