Best WLM Reviews

Beautiful little spot, friendly service, and great food. The restaurant itself is super adorable the duck decorations just make it feel so unique.
Biscuits were extremely thick, huge, and warm. Delicious with jam. The gravy was just ok.
Chilaquiles were delicious 10/10. Honestly my top recommendation.
The waffles were good.
It's my birthday, Friday, the 13th, and I was brought here for breakfast. Parked in the back alley eyebrow raised thought oh great... Then surprisingly got seated outside refreshingly calm... And then ordered Carissa special. Open sourdough with cheese ham and scrambled eggs. The potatoes with green pepper and purple onions were to die for.... Soft and yummy. Walked through indoor area... Quaint and cozy. Prefer outdoor but the food and service were excellent. I will be glad to come back ... Atmosphere was great and I enjoyed the Tom Petty album playthrough... Good start to my birthday!
First time coming in, I had the pleasure of bieng attended by Sara. She was extremely friendly and warm welcoming! Gave me great suggestions on the menu and brought our food out nice and hot.. My Sirloin was cooked just the way I wanted it and the atmosphere will definetaly keep me coming back!
I am sitting here now, enjoying my coffee. Food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. Atmosphere Is fine but it’s perfect for a breakfast place. I had the breakfast sandwich with the incredible well done hashbrowns and also s side Belgian waffle delivered quickly and it was terrific. I don’t think I have eaten this much food for breakfast in 10 years and it was worth every bite. Well done Allison’s well done
Came here after seeing how highly rated it was, and can honestly say it lives up to that rating.
I had the off menu item, the hangover, which is biscuits and gravy covered with sausage and bacon bits, eggs and hash browns.
It was delicious, plain and simple. The flavor was well balanced, the biscuits are soft, everything came together so wonderfully.
Then add in the portion for price ratio and you have an absolute banger of a breakfast.
What a wonderful place to go for breakfast or lunch! I had the breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a biscuit with jam. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. My sunny side up eggs on my sandwich were absolutely perfectly cooked. The service was very friendly and attentive. I will be back and bringing friends with me. I highly recommend coming down and trying them out!
You absolutely have to try this place! We were traveling back home from L.A. & looking for a place to have a good meal (aside from the typical chains). After reading the reviews on Allison's, we were determined to find it. This little restaurant was worth every effort, believe me. Even tho it was packed to the gills, we didn't wait long to be seated. The waiter was awesome, service was perfect, & the food was prepared hot & served quickly. The restaurant has a terrific ambience of the "old days", & there's parking behind the building as well as street parking. Oh, did I mention that the food was absolutely amazing?! The portions are enormous! And those gigantic biscuits are made from scratch & served with homemade jam! Honestly, Allison's is truly a hidden gem, & well worth the extra effort to find. You won't be sorry.
I'm certain that this will be the first of many future visits, when we travel through that area again.
My French toast was good but nothing mind blowing. The raspberry jam that came with my partner’s biscuit on top of the French toast was delicious! We enjoyed the ham steak as well.
