First time at Allied Eye for an annual checkup. Very professional and friendly staff. Organized with their processes. Staff did a great job explaining what they were doing during the examination. Clean and tidy office. Highly recommend.
Very friendly. Nice offices. But to be honest very busy. If you have an appointment you should try to keep it. The staff is great. The optical shop has a nice selection of frames. Take about 3 weeks to get glasses.
Great staff (love the front desk crew). The appointment flowed very well. Everything was efficient and in a timely manner. I had lots of test run and the Dr was able to go over the results within the same appointment.
I have been to several eye doctors over the past 3-4 decades, but Allied Eye is far superior to the others. When I first went there in 2020 for an eye emergency the staff kept me calm. I remember that Valerie was especially helpful. Dr. Herron saw me several times in one month and didn’t give up until my vision issue was corrected. Jamie, the optical manager, is an absolute sweetheart and greets me every time I visit. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. I recommend Allied Eye to anyone who is looking for an optometrist and/or an ophthalmologist.
From the moment we walked into their office, everything was highly structured and organized. Everyone involved demonstrated respect and were friendly and warm. The person who checked my husband in was helpful and supportive. Ashley did an excellent job of running several tests - she, too, was friendly and professional. Dr. Matzkin was efficient and helpful. This team of professionals worked well together to meet our needs. The office procedures and structures are designed to save time and to meet the needs of their patients.
Am 100% happy, pleased, and satisfied with the care and service that Dr. Matzkin and his staff provide. Have seen him for regular check ups but today I had an unusual (for me) problem. His staff worked me in and he was able to diagnose and treat my need. Highly recommend!
Allied Eye is my go to place for my eye care. I am a client since 2020. They are a clean facility with professional and friendly staff to all regardless of race. I feel cared for and treated fair with respect. They are timely and don't make you rushed through your care process.

New to the area and allied eye was recommended to me. I’ve had 2 visits already. The doctor and all of his staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional. The wait time was very reasonable and the place was clean. I’m glad I found them.
