I was the first time patient. I arrived early for my appointment as I was supposed to knowing that I had to fill out paperwork as a new patient. Being the first one there, six patients for taking in before me. I simply ask the receptionist if I can please go to the car and get my bottle of water she replied "No, no food or drinks are allowed in the building.". She then said you can go to your car and have a sip but if we call your name then that's a missed appointment. So I waited I did not go to the car to get my water because I didn't want to miss my appointment. I was told several times they are cleaning a room how long does it take to clean in office room??? It's not like I'm staying in a deluxe suite. Then I needed to use the restroom I had to wait at that door for 10 minutes I finally walked out. I will never ever go to that place I do not recommend it to anybody save yourself to trip.
This was the worst decision I ever made it took 9 months to get my dentures and when they gave me my partials I only had six teeth they gave me on top. I was treated with such disrespect there like I was a nobody I was humiliated by the way the staff treated me. Please try anywhere else but this place! And I've heard it from lots of other people as well please research it before you decide to go there. And even their dentists were very rude even when I asked a simple question they acted like they did not want bothered or questioned about anything.
I took my son to get ONE tooth removed. They said he needed 3 removed and a cap. And that my insurance wouldn't cover just one tooth to be Pulled while put under. We agreed to do the 4 because of spacing....After all said and done they came out and said they pulled SIX teeth. 6! He needed one! And they never asked if I was okay with that. They just did it on their own!! He told me he would of taken more out but didn't want to leave him with no teeth.. not to mention only two had cavities..... And one loose tooth. They took my kids smike away for no reason. Yes his adult teeth will grow in but 5 extra teeth got pulled. I would never go back or recommend this place. The only thing I'll say good is the anesthesiologist was nice and helped him to the car.. was patient with him and kind to us. Other than that, no thanks
The dentist my daughter saw was extremely rude and yelled at me because she had a tear. She was fine just nervous and said he would not work on her unless she was asleep. I would love to find his name, but when I asked they rattled it off fast, it started with an S. I think it’s awful how they won’t even try with children they just want you to agree to sleep dentistry. It was very rude and very unprofessional. He told me to go somewhere else if I didn’t believe in putting her to sleep for it.
Be aware don't be late. My husband had an appointment here we were 4 mins late due to road work in two different spots when we arrived my husband checked in and we waited over an hour for them to call us back to reschedule the appointment. We were told they have a no late policy. She said the doctor needs 30 mins with him. All because we were 4 mins late shameful now I can understand if we were 10-15 mins late but 4 mins come on ???? all the times my husband was on time and he waited and waited to be called back too...????
My son got a crown done here and is special needs. The crown and tooth broke off and it's been 3 weeks without a return phone call. I'm going into the 2 star resort to make a face to face appointment today.
This is the absolute worst place ever if you want to get anything done. The phone is never answered. I called several weeks and am sent to voicemail. I am not one to leave a bad review but if you’re thinking about this place, don’t. They do not answer text messages either and when you finally get them to answer the phone the wait times are ridiculous. I had to reschedule a cleaning appointment due to an antibiotic not being sent in and the wait time was over a year even though i already waited 8 months since my last cleaning. This place needs to be managed a lot better than it is.
I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled today to get a tooth removed that has broken and been bothering me for 6 months. That's how long I had to wait for my appointment. I drove 25 mi to get there and they didn't have my name on their list for today because they claim that someone called and canceled it on Thursday well I checked my voicemail and I did not get a message from them. I have been having pain with his tooth for months waiting for this appointment. They did not care and they are very rude. I wouldn't take my dog there. They told me to either reschedule or sit around the office and wait and see if someone else cancels. I said really!! Needless to say I told them to take me off permanently and that I would never come back there again.
