Best WLM Reviews
7/13/24. Cheese fries hard as a brick and glued stuck to the paper. Disgusting. “Update tried to get a refund and spoke to the “manager” very unprofessional! This place is a dump overall. First and last time eating here!
My friends and I decided to celebrate two special occasions at Allie Katz. We found seats at the bar and were ready to order. One of my friends flagged down the only Black bartender and asked for a drinks menu. The bartender responded abruptly, saying, ‘Didn’t you just see me walk back here?’ We were surprised and taken aback by his unprofessional demeanor. Fortunately, the female bartenders were more welcoming and helped make our experience more enjoyable.
This is the most unprofessional restaurant in Augusta. They mess up your food and get mad because you want a refund. I spoke with the “Manager” tonight and he was very unprofessional! He tried to argue everything I said instead of fix the problem. Someone else needs to runs this place he will turn every customer away with that attitude. Fries were disgustingly hard! And he was more worried about a receipt than actually fixing the problem. This isn’t an environment for the upper class people. Don’t waste your money here.
I had a great time here back in May 2024. Sadly, a friendship ended that night, but i had wonderful drinks and good food as a comfort. I recommend the lemon drop for sure!!!!
We just came in for some wings and fries. The lemon pepper wings weren't too good, but they were hot. You can't go wrong with fries. The drinks were ok as well.
I LOVE this place. The food is soo good (I typically get the wings w/ Allie Katz sauce) and the atmosphere is very friendly. It is a great place to relax, grab a drink or two and a bite to eat. The service is quick and the workers are extremely friendly. By far my favorite place in town.
Great place to socialize and meet new people.
I go to play pacman have a drink and I love the chicken Phillies and jukebox ???? then I go home to rest
