Maybe it was bad a while ago. I just went for a screening, and all clinic staff were nice, funny, and straightforward. Didn't wait too long at all. I know the front desk girls aren't the best, but they're like that anywhere, lol. Overall, it was a great experience. The doctor was very patient with me on the physical, and I greatly appreciate that.
Very unprofessional. Scheduled to do on site drug testing beginning at 7:30. Showed up very late.
Overall from start to finish was here 3 hours for various tests. Honestly I would I would avoid this location if possible. Staff is very condescending and at times rude. One of my tests was a lung capacity test and it was my first time ever doing one. But they poorly explained the test and were frustrated and rude to me for having to retake the test multiple times. I was tossed from one nurse to another continuously and they all carried the same demeanor and attitude. Also their physician was upset at me, because she was about to give me a hernia test. And just with no warning told me to drop my bottoms and briefs. I asked what she was gonna do exactly and just repeated her demand. I felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable the majority of the time I was there. And that’s very unfortunate because this is supposed to be a professional health service but they carry themselves very unprofessionally. At the end of the day I had no choice because my visit was for pre employment. But I hope that at least I can warn future patients about this location.
If you can avoid this place! Request a different location. The ladies here are rude. Worst part is how slow they are. First time i came i had to wait 45 mins for drug test and when I told the guy i still needed hearing test he said nope your good to go. Then I get a call few days later about coming back for hearing test. I was told to avoid 1st line and go to 3rd window for hearing test no wait. Why i get here and lady had attitude about me coming up to her window. Then proceed to tell me to get in line. Don't even bother coming with a full bladder for a drug test bcuz you will be waiting a very long time. Overall very unprofessional.
This staff doesn’t know others time value. The office staff here are rude. Worst part is how slow they are. First time I came I had to wait 2hrs for only take hair testing . I know not too many people in friend me . But?
I come here for a drug test the paperwork my management sent was wrong so I notify my management team. The "wonderful" ladies in the front that would rather sit and gossip about things that have nothing to do with their job keep putting my managers that call to verbally fix the issue on HOLD. Meanwhile telling me if I I don't take the test which we are trying to correct will be counted as a refusal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS AND IT SHOWS.
After reading the reviews, I showed up expecting the worst. Honestly, it was a pretty good experience and I was in and out in just over an hour. This was for a drug test and hearing/vision test. Staff was polite enough and everyone seemed to know their role.
Only draw back was the 54 mile drive, one way.
I have been to all of the testing centers in this area at different times and days of the week. I am sent for testing several times a year due to the industry I work in. It is hit or miss with the wait times no matter which testing center you go to. I prefer Alliance over the others because every time I have come here for testing and others I have sent here for testing are always treated well and with respect and not so well elsewhere . Even IF the wait time was guaranteed to be longer here- the wait is worth it.
