Service is getting way better. My therapist is awesome I have a great dentist. The medical staff makes sure they try to see you as soon as possible. Yeah the wait is kinda lengthy depending on who you're seeing. The girls at the front desks check you in quick, sometimes they're really busy.
Awful service. Most of the time they have no idea what’s going on or keep good track of the medical history. Everything follow up appointment I have to explain the the whole story. Front desk persons are just beyond rude and helpless!!! They never send out refill prescriptions on time! I always had to hunt them down for a refill. Sometimes it takes them 2/3 days even if I remind them to send the refill prescription to the pharmacy. People who work at the lab are great, quick and efficient but the rest of the workers are just awful.
The level of incompetence displayed by this facility is only matched by their apparent disregard for their patients. They require appointments to be booked two months in advance, yet fail to answer the phone, leaving patients on hold for up to 45 minutes. When you do get an appointment, Dr. Sethi has a condescending attitude, treating patients as if they’re dispensable. For someone working with mental health patients, he seems to lack understanding of their struggles.
Recently, a nurse practitioner here made a mistake with my medication, which significantly disrupted my progress. When I sought help to fix it, Dr. Sethi accused me of lying, pushing my appointment back further instead of offering support. As a teacher, I cannot just be “on call” to reschedule months-out appointments at their convenience.
If you want competent, compassionate care from people who won’t continually mess up your prescriptions or seemingly cancel or move appointments made months in advance with almost no notice, seek treatment elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Highly recommend everyone NOT coming here. Very rude and inpatient front desk and don’t know what they are doing. I made an physical check appointment but somehow they brought me to ob&gyn room and said I need to do a pap smear. ??? And I ended up being told by the doctor I don’t need to do this. Wasted 2 hours at this stupid place. Doctor was fine, but the entire appointment was handled from the start shows how disorganized and careless this place is. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic. It’s an absolute disaster in terms of management and customer care.
Nobody is picking up the phone, could not reschedule my visit. Additionally, it is a second time in a raw that wrong doctors name has been put into the billing and I am being billed extensively because its out of the network. I need to ask them again to put a proper name as I visited other doctor but nobody is picking up the phone!
My daughter has been going here since birth. Dr. Sodhi & staff have always been helpful. We light up every time we see her, she is patient, kind and one of the BEST pediatricians I have ever come across. My worries slip way with her gentleness and informative/thorough practices. Shout out to Dr. Peltz/Dr. Bell also in the child study as well, amazing working with both. As most facilities with an overwhelming population increase, sometimes there will be a wait (understandably so with Jersey Cities increase of residents and less reliable facilities to go to). I give them grace for still standing and being in a part of the community quite hard to work with as far as cost is involved. I am happy they are still here and working hard! <3 5 stars from this family!
This is very unfortunate insurance bills are being blown away with bills and services are very uncomfortable it's at this location in 115 christopher colombus drive where l have recive services .
I make an apointment by 9:15 and waited more than 1:30 hour to be seen.
Their excuse is that they have 5 doctors and they only have 1 room to perform services.
A person typically multitasking to get their day going and plan ahead his task trough a day.
For every hour sitting on an office to be seen by doctor decrease the productivity of your day and the velocity of money get decreased l wonder how this can be sustained where is the manager of this locations.
It like going to Costco l shop 3 people came at my check out and my day continue we have been taking this as something usual at every stop in the Healthcare industry.
Let's spend more time improving this and will create.productivity at all levels.
Other wise makes the attendant more active,the nurse more active and the doctor more active instead we can spend more t I me seen doctor and being taking care of issues needed to be more healthy.

It's like missing a flight ,the airlines will pay you hotel stay,if offices fail the only way to pay us is making this complaint that put this on the eye of the consumer when deciding on really doing business at this locations.

I'm telling you now don't waste your time even considering this place. So it's really not the doctor but the staff I mean trying to get any accomplished with that old lady at the front desk from information to appointments is like horrible manners to a unwelcoming attitude like you did something to her.... Definitely don't recommend only recommendation with this place is I recommend you to never go in
