I love taking my daughter to get her braids done here. They can pretty much do any design that you ask and they do it just like the pictures. You don’t have to worry about bringing any hairs as they have their own selection. They’re all sweet people that work there. They’ve only been nice and kind to my daughter and I’ve been working with them for five years now.
I had the worse experience ever getting micro braids, though the lady was pleasant her work wasn't. I asked them to braid to the length of my hair but they argued that the hair was too short. It was 26 inches and I had 2 whole bundles of hair that wasn't used. It wasn't the length but how less of the hair she used. The braids in the back look like strings. They said they could fix it for $50 more. I thought the whole thing was ridiculous and a rip off. A waste of $400 and my hair looks crazy.

That's a lie. The only product that was put in my hair was what your stylist put in. The price was always $180 and what I was told when I called. If customer satisfaction was your #1 goal, I wouldn't have left there looking crazy and you trying to charge more to fix it. When I complained about it you practically laughed in my face. You never said anything about 8 inches. The $400 was including the hair I now have to cut out so I can get my hair redone. I've gotten micros with shorter hair and it's never looked like that. Take responsibility for your businesses work and don't blame the customer....all I did was sit there.
Firstly, the place isn’t very inviting. The lady at the front was nice at least. I had called ahead of time and asked if I needed to have my hair washed or anything (since places don’t do that anymore) and was told yes. I was going for passion twists. I had never gotten them before so I look on the website to see if they provided hair or I needed to bring my own. It said to bring my own so I went and got passion twists hair. I wasn’t sure how many packs were needed so I asked the lady at the front desk. She then went to speak to a stylist. After a few minutes she came back and told me the hair I bought was for crotchet passion twists, which I was fine with as looked up pictures while I waited my turn and liked what I saw. When the stylist came over she had a negative energy and I even asked her if I needed more hair and she said no. She was very quick which was definitely appreciated. She let me look at the style and tbh I didn’t like it but once I got home and styled it a little, I liked it. However, it was when I put my hair up that I noticed she should have told me to get another pack as there were patches where no twists were applied. It was extremely obvious too. I was upset that she didn’t even say anything. Also, I didn’t even get a greeting when she came over. She just started blow drying my hair which was already dry to begin with and it make my hair start breaking off because of the extra heat. I was also surprised that no oils or grease were applied to my hair to maintain moisture, especially after blow drying into a brittle state. I’ve dealt with it for the past few weeks since my bf spent money on it, but I just didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable at all.

Came back after being happy the first time I went and was left crying after they completely messed up my hair. I paid over $300 for a simple hairstyle I found on THIER INSTAGRAM!!!! And they managed to give me something so off. Not only that, I was supposed to start at 1:30pm and had to wait over 2 hours just to get seated. I didn’t get to leave until past 8pm. I asked 3 people if they were sure they were using the right color and they all said yes. ???? I’m so upset.
I wanted the black and blonde picture but I ended up with red and practically white.
This place is amazing . Let me start by saying the customer service , it was remarkable . The ladies welcomed me very kindly and they even offered me donuts .
I went to get a small, full, mid back boho braids . I loved the end results . They braid very fast, the parting of the braids was perfect an the braids looked so clean and perfect .
The only thing I would complain is that they braid too tight and I kept telling them to loosen up a little over and over . But other than that I really like this braiding hair salon . I totally recomend it . You won’t be disappointed.

FINALLY a place where I don’t have to sit allllll day to get my hair done! I got smedium mid back boho knotless. Sat in the chair at 12 and was literally out by 3:15. I like how there was two people on my hair but only one person doing roots/starting the braid and the other finishing the braid off that way I don’t have a million different size braids in my hair. Staff was nice. Shop was clean. Emmy did my hair and my parts are perfect. I will be back!
I was seated right away and everyone was nice and helpful. I recommend this place if you ever need your hair done. I will definitely be back!
I had to take my box braids out less than 2 weeks, because I noticed my braids were coming out with my hair. The braider put too much braiding hair with my natural hair. I should of went with my initial desire style of knotless and went with my gut feeling to ask for another braider when she told me i should switch to box. This was my 2nd time coming. 1st experience i got knotless & it was beautiful & lasted me 2 months!(i could've kept it in longer if i wanted too!) Everyone is soo nice and friendly, customer service wonderful. I just had short end of the stick this day????????♀️. I don't see myself returning unless it's a last minute emergency.
