Shady, shady practice! I went to them for the first and last time back in January and they most likely did way more work on my mouth than needed. And they cleared all my insurance for the entire year. So when I called my previous dentist to get in for my 6 month cleaning, they informed me I have no insurance remaining and per my records with them, I wouldn’t have needed the deep clean they gave me. This practice also dipped into the previous year’s leftover insurance money to cut costs so they can do more work than really needed. I won’t be returning due to the shadiness, but I felt they did a good job on the procedures (hence the 2 stars). If you choose to go here, just watch out for your insurance and what they are trying to have you get done.
If I could give zero I would. Came last week to get my wisdom tooth pulled and they said they couldn’t due not having the correct doctor here at the time. Came back today and I got the same exact story I have to wait even more longer which is 2 weeks this time after I paid, on top of that I asked for a refund and only was offered a partial amount l. It seem like they get your money knowing that they perform the procedure. This place is not what it use to be at all
I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is patient and professional with their clients. The dentist are very informative and helpful. The staff give you a welcoming vibe as soon as you come through the door. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist.

I’ve updated my review below. I want to clarify that it was a crown, not a root canal, as I initially mentioned. …All other details remain accurate. and despite repeatedly telling the doctor that I could feel her drilling, she insisted I couldn’t because she had numbed the area. I expressed my discomfort at least three times, but in the end, I had to endure the pain. Tears fell from my eyes, and as a nurse, I finally understood what it feels like to be a patient in pain and ignored. I’m not trying to criticize the practice, but at this stage of my life, I truly wished my husband had been there with me. I felt so alone, neglected, and mistreated. It was the first time I cried in a healthcare setting since giving birth in 2001.
I can’t remember the dentist who performed the procedure, but it was the worst experience of my life. I was so scared, I even had a fleeting thought that I might not make it through. Oddly, once the procedure was done, the whole side of my face became numb as if the medication had kicked in too late. I’ve had several dental procedures in Indiana before, but never an experience like this.
Had a great first visit. They fixed two chiped teeth that I had since elementary. I recommend this place to everyone. I will be back.
Allheart Dental has been on point, besides the awesome and convenient location, the staff has been professional and courteous on my encounters. The process has been flawless comparing to other dental offices and enjoyable!
I usually don't like dentist, but I had a front filling with no numbing. It was great pain less. Then I had the best cleaning I have had. Wonderful experience. I highly reccomend.
