Best WLM Reviews

They never answer the phone and never call you back. You have to come in to talk to someone to change any appointments, and the clinic will cancel your shot appointments way more frequently than my old clinic. The people who work here are nice, but someone needs to get them a better phone system and have someone actually answer the phone and make call backs.
I have been been with Allergy Partners for several years now, and they are superb! Excellent doctors and providers, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always return my calls, and
have assisted me even when I've been out of state and needed immediate care. I have never been led astray
by the care and suggestions to always improve my health by my providers. Can't breathe, come to Allergy Partners for relief!!!
I recently missed an appointment due to having the wrong date on my calendar, & I've been trying to reschedule for over a week now with no response. I literally missed one appointment, & now I can't get a hold of anyone. I understand if a patient has a repeated history of no-shows. But one shouldn't be a big deal. Life happens. I never expected that I would essentially be ghosted & unable to reschedule if I missed a single appointment. This is super unprofessional.
Just like many other reviews, this place is such a disappointment. The doctors are great and I had great initial meetings, but when it comes to going in regularly for your shots it all goes downhill. They’re constantly understaffed and running behind, the lobby is packed first thing in the morning to the very last second they close. The front office staff never ever answers their phone, I drive to the office in person when I need to reschedule visits. When receiving my shots, the girl with the large lip piercing has bruised me multiple times, and I have black welts on the back of my arms for a following week after my shots. This place needs an entire overhaul. I don’t know how many more negative reviews they could possibly get before someone steps in, at this point it’s bad business.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allergy Partners of Albuquerque. I made an appointment two months in advance and even faxed my information, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment, so I waited over an hour to be seen. They also failed to notify me when my allergy vials arrived, and for about two weeks, they didn’t answer the phone despite my calling five times a day.
Yesterday, I went in for my appointment at 2 PM, arrived early at 1:45, checked in, and signed my name on the list. After waiting past my appointment time, I asked the shot desk if I had signed in correctly. The staff just laughed and said they’d get to me ‘soon.’ I waited longer while others, who arrived after me, were called in. I approached the front desk again and was told I should be next, but still nothing happened. When I went back to the shot desk, the staff laughed again, asked my name, and then just walked away without helping. I also noticed employees in the back texting on their phones, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional.
After 45 minutes, I finally canceled my appointment and asked not to be charged for the vials. The front desk promised the office manager would call me, but no one followed up. I tried calling again today, and after several attempts, I was told the manager would get back to me, but I’ve heard nothing. This level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is beyond disappointing. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable, respectful allergy care.
Terrible. The office is beat up- damaged paint and holes in wall, beat up furniture, sparse. The waiting room was packed- not enough seating. The staff had my daughters name spelled so wrong that it was unrecognizable and when we corrected them they didn't change it. We were there 4 hours, mostly sitting in a bare, beat up room, with no communication from anyone. The doctor spent some time with us after all that waiting but seemed exhausted and distracted. And we got a HUGE bill even with good insurance. Poor quality of care all around.
Service is good for your first appointment, but after that they literally NEVER answer the phone or call back if you leave a message. Appointments for shots that are supposed to happen weekly are frequently cancelled. How can you run a medical business and literally never answer or call patients back?? It’s unacceptable.
I’m done. Waited 35 mins and wasn’t called for my shot, but someone who arrived after me was called for theirs. They’re consistently running behind, cancelling appointments one day ahead of time, and making it difficult to reach maintenance. Also had to wait almost 40 days between shots because of their cancellation and having to wait to order a new dosage that took 3 weeks to get in. 3 years wasted and money I’ll never get back. Don’t waste your time.
