Best WLM Reviews

I been coming here since I was little and now I am 38. The Allentown vision center has changed a lot . Today I saw the eye doctor and she was so kind and polite . She heard me and my concerns and even recommended some doctors in area for things I need. She was great. The office staff in the back were great too . Very friendly. The front office needs improvement when it comes to customer service. The lady that took care of me was rude. I asked her to correct my name which she misspelled and she refused. So I left a little disappointed as I know that is not the type of service they provide. She could have done better. I was there about an hour and the appointment moved smoothly. I would say I am 85% satisfied with my eye doctor visit. I will continue to stay loyal despite the low level service I received today.
Excellent customer service! I’ve been going there for the past 20 years and they always treat me right. Selection of eyewear is small but on point. As with all medical practices, be prepared to spend at least an hour for your visit.
The staff are very friendly and courteous. The eye doctor was fabulous. I have no complaints with their services, however if you're forced to use Medicaid insurance the choices in eyewear are very poor. I had used America's best before with Medicaid insurance and they offered a huge assortment of glasses to choose from that Medicaid paid for.
Dr. Goddard was fantastic! He took the time to explain what the tests were examining for and answer any questions. It's nice not to feel rushed through an appointment and have someone who is genuinely listening to what you have to say. The technology used for the examination did not require my to be dilatated.
Overall, super long wait, but good staff. Since I had to wait months for an appointment, I figured I wouldn’t have to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor, I was wrong.
They make you pay first then shove you in a waiting room in the back. Shown in the picture. It’s weird. They have this nice open concept waiting room in the front. In the back, the windows are covered, the chairs are uncomfortable, and it’s hot. The long wait and uncomfortable waiting room gives you a lot of time to write a detailed review. The doctor was amazing. Even with an appointment however, the whole process took an hour and forty five minutes.
Dr Kays is amazing! She is kind and listens to her patients. As a patient who doesn't easily trust, I'm happy to have her as part of my team, taking care of two of my most valued assets ????????????️
There good just take to long to attend clients and you come out after like 3 hours you get there on time and they call other people that came after you that’s my personal opinion everyone has there own
I was very happy with my visit to the Allentown Vision Center. Everyone was helpful, courteous and even pleasantly playful. The care was thorough and great. I got my problem diagnosed and solved in short order. I will be returning for my future eye care needs.
