Best WLM Reviews
The Best Restaurant of our trip in Chattanooga! Pasta and Pizza were perfection! Service was great and the cocktails we're very balanced. We got a seat where we could see the chefs so we were able to see all the good food being sent out of the kitchen. Truly Amazing ???? ????
My wife and I went to Alleia on our anniversary trip. It looked good from the reviews, pictures and general vibe you got from it online.... It was better, fantastic! Not your strictly traditional Italian place, a slight modern twist on the classics, while remaining beautiful (as Italian food is.) Our waiter was always a real aficionado of the whole menu as if it was an old friend. Deco is a very urban sheek. Some of the art work was a bit distasteful in my opinion other than that a top notch place for fine dining.
Rockstars as aways! Great atmosphere, great staff, great drinks and of course great food!
The Soy Bean salad was ???? delicious and so large!
Then we had the Tonnarelli and Pork Shoulder. Oh so good!
The Tonnarelli is creamy, but not that much, more cheese sauce than a cream and the sweat smokyness of the pork shoulder and apples. So amazing!
Classy, low lightening ambiance creates an atmosphere that is perfect for a date night, business mtg or truly any event. The menu and the flavors will absolutely leave you wanting to return for more. Pasta home made daily, amari imported in from Italy (highly recommend the flight to pair with the gelatti... Basil was my favorite). The mussels are perfectly cooked in a white wine garlic sauce. The beef short rib with cherry glaze was savory and not overly sweet, and the Alaskan halibut was delicious. Reservations can be made online, the booths can fit four people and is my favorite spot. Parking free next door if you have early reservations 5-6 otherwise there are multiple close lots for paid parking. Buon appetito
Was looking for a place to eat because I was out of town for work (from Michigan).Absolutely amazing venison dinner, on a bed of cabbage and sweet potatoes. Great old fashion too. All I can say is amazing. The bartender, (Kimberly) was also excellent!
WOW, WOW, WOW! We snagged a last minute reservation for Alleia and it did not disappoint! The ambiance is impeccable with soft lighting, cozy banquettes, and a view into the kitchen. Our server was so professional and welcoming. The food was a 10/10. We ordered the ricotta bruschetta, short rib, veal pappardelle, and tiramisu which were all excellent, but the standout dishes were the bruschetta and short rib. This is the perfect spot for a celebratory meal.
Fantastic food and excellent service! Everything we ordered was delicious we started with the Arancini and roasted beets. For our mains I had the Pork Diablo pizza and my husband ordered a seasonal item, the venison. It was the most tender and delicious steak I’ve ever had. And for dessert we shared the panna cotta and flourless chocolate cake. I would order everything again but I also want to try so many more things. We look forward to going back!
Alleia in Chattanooga offers a warm, rustic atmosphere that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The exposed brick walls, candlelit tables, and cozy ambiance create a charming dining experience, making it ideal for both intimate dinners and special occasions. The food, rooted in Italian tradition with a contemporary twist, shines with its use of fresh, local ingredients. The handmade pasta and wood-fired pizzas are standout dishes, while the farm-to-table philosophy ensures every bite is vibrant and flavorful. If you’re looking for an inviting spot with thoughtfully crafted dishes, Alleia is a must-visit.
