second time I come back to this hotel, the first time Kevin from the reception was great, very friendly, very welcoming and very kind to me he put me at ease right away, so I came back without hesitation the following week. this time it was the manager called Derick who took care of me in a very professional manner like all the staff, here,. he was immediately kind enough to give me a price without me having to ask for anything, seeing that I had already been to this hotel, he immediately upgraded me even though the hotel was full. I was lucky to have a very spacious, clean and well-maintained suite, Derick is an exceptional person of kindness and humility, rare people today .... and I say without anything to do with the fact that he upgraded me, verdict?! I stayed here the whole week. I'm coming back in a month for work for three weeks. I'm really happy with this find, being someone who travels a lot for business around the world and all over the United States, there are few times when you can come across great service in a hotel, especially at night. It's without hesitation my new address in New York when I come to work there, I highly recommend it!!! All the staff are great like Lois at breakfast in the morning Melanie at the reception etc .... I can't unfortunately remember all the names of the staff, the value for money is excellent with little extras Gym swimming pool etc .... to relax. My only regret is not having known this hotel earlier. A Special thanks to Derick
The hotel is very nice (haven’t actually stayed in rooms) but the conference center is a great place for meeting clients and friends. Lauren at the bar is always very nice and it’s a good vibe for working remotely several times a week.
PS Came back a few times since my initial review and wanted to also thank Julio, Robert and Lois as well. Each one helps make this place an enjoyable experience each and every time I come.
I absolutely love this place. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, especially the extra large room I got one time. The view is stunning! And the staff is amazing. Plus it's right on the board walk. And Sharon and Taylor have been amazing and super helpful. They were so kind and went out of their way for me. Top tier service for sure! I'll definitely be back very soon!
Perfect location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms. Restaurant service was good when I got their attention. Room could have been cleaner and some fittings were tired, otherwise 5 stars.
I paid $300 for a room for 1 night and I expect perfection for that price.
My recent stay at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach was nothing short of perfect! This newly updated hotel is right on the beautiful oceanfront, giving me the ideal spot to soak in the stunning views and feel that fresh sea breeze. The updated rooms were modern and stylish, with incredibly comfortable beds that made every night’s sleep restful and refreshing.
The highlight of my stay, however, was the fantastic service from Jeanette at the front desk. She made every moment feel like a “home away from home,” greeting me each day with the warmest smile and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality, and Jeanette’s kindness left a lasting impression on me.
I can’t wait to return to this gem of Long Beach—it’s the perfect destination for relaxation and excellent service. Highly recommend
We got stuck in the area on Dec 11th due to a flight issue but glad we ended up here; especially due to Kevin’s hospitality. From the get go you can tell he was just cool. He checked me and my family in and was extremely accommodating. Anytime I wandered through the lobby(which was often cause they have a cool as “store”) he acknowledged my presence and made sure I was good to go. That is an admirable level of professionalism and it earned me appreciation and respect. You guys are lucky to have him on your team.
Was here for a wedding and location wise, can’t beat it at all. The back lets out right on the Long Beach boardwalk and thus great views of the Atlantic Ocean.
I had a king bed city-view room, which was great for views and slightly spacious. Just wish there was a small table and chair. Only real seating area in the room was the bed itself and a small bench that faced the bed. Service was great, though! I would like to personally thank Sharon for accommodating an early check in for me, and any other experience with the staff here has been pleasant. Short, but nice stay!
I absolutely loved DERRICK & JEANNETTE at the front desk! JEANNETTE dealt with me calling the front desk over and over and never got annoyed! Shes such a doll! DERRICK WAS AWESOME & super welcoming! MY FIANCE AND I ARE SO SATISFIED WITH THESE 2 staff members :)
