I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, making it feel very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I enjoyed the courtyard view from my room. While the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear music from a neighboring room, it wasn’t a major issue. The service was excellent, although the coffee maker could be improved as the provided cups were too small for the brew size.
The valet team was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and providing useful local tips. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and near shopping plazas, which made exploring the area easy. This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a prime location.
I want to thank the front desk staff for helping us find a room for one night and for the discount they gave us. It was a spontaneous trip and we didn't book in advance, but we were lucky! A very beautiful place to relax. Everything around was pleasing to the eye with Christmas decorations ???? A very nice place with a luxurious design! I highly recommend it for photo shoots, especially during the Christmas period!
Spectacular resort! Traveled for my husband’s work but had an amazing time. The staff was phenomenal and the food delicious! The restaurant is pricey but we had an awards dinner in one of their banquet rooms and it was so beautiful. My husband raved about the event planning services. Our hosts did a wonderful job, the grounds are stunning! Be sure to spend some time walking around!
The pictures of this hotel does not do justice. My husband and I spent four nights at this resort and it could not be more perfect. The rooms were super spacious with high ceilings, ultra luxury bed linens. The service was above excellent. The hotel, the grounds and the gardens were so beautiful; felt unreal and magical. There is a welcoming fireplace with cozy seating and a man with BEAUTIFUL voice serenading. The outside areas are very welcoming with beautiful gardens and fire pits. Customer service at the front desk and everywhere on the hotel ground is very attentive.
There is one restaurant on site and the food was very good, with live music. Imagine drinking wine on a cool night around the fire in the beautiful garden or soaking in the hot tub in the pool area after a long day of exploring the city. This was the best vacation I have ever taken, and we have traveled all over the world. I can’t wait to go back to this hotel. Highly super recommended.
The front desk staff was world class. We were treated so kindly. Very beautiful room. Everything was spotless. The hotel is located central to numerous wineries in the Paso Robles area. Perfect for a romantic getaway. I have been to a number of top hotels around the world and I would rate The Allegretto Vineyard Resort as among the very best!|Paraphrasing General Douglas McArthur: We Shall Return.
The property was very nice with lots of beautiful and unique art objects. Lots of creature comfort, with a cozy fireplace in the lobby. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was large and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant with the four of us. For the prices we paid, we almost could have eaten at Justin's. The quality and flavor of the dishes couldn't justify the prices on the menu. The chicken pasta and pizza were awful. In fairness, the beef (or lamb) shank was good. The dishes were not appetizing and lacked flavor. We have never encountered having fried potatoes in a pizza. For an high end and beautiful sought after resort I would have expected a better experience. Other than the restaurant, we all enjoyed our stay. We would come back to stay, not to dine.
My partner, another couple and I recently stayed here on a visit to America. We had traveled over from Ireland. |The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. However within an hour of our arrival, we had a security man follow us into the lift ….. questioning us on our stay where we had been/ were going. We felt so uncomfortable that we actually got a cab to the town down the road for dinner and drinks rather than remain at the Allegretto. |Upon our return a few hours later, myself and the other female in our party were looking for the restroom….. again the same member of security appeared next to us almost IMMEDIATELY asking what we were doing. I very politely asked where the public restroom was, he showed us but followed us right down to the door- I have to say this was extremely intimidating.|What should have been a very memorable, once in a lifetime experience for us, was turned into a very uncomfortable, intimidating and very unpleasant experience due to that one member of staff. |Was it because we had different accents? Was it because we looked different and didn’t fit the ‘aesthetic of the venue’… I don’t know. |But what I do know is that we all could not wait to leave the following day. We were so upset upon checkout the next morning we did make a complaint to the reception staff who said they would bring it to the attention of their superiors. Management /owners should really consider taking the security staff to task.
