Dr. Richardson is amazing. He is attentive and gives vital information about suspected illnesses. He is warm and welcoming. I have no complaints or concerns about the health care I receive from him. The staff is good.
My only GROW would be to ensure medical receptionist are qualified and understanding the difference between speciality care and primary care. I’ve over paid twice now and the first time I inquired, the receptionist was not able to fix the copay amount. The second time, a new receptionist found a discrepancy on their end. Had this issue not been fixed, I would have had to look for a new doctor. And unfortunately, I have been tasked with calling billing and making changes. I strongly feel that the team should be contacting billing due to the inconvenience.
Overall, I am satisfied and hope that I continue to receive the good health care.
Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I feel informed and comfortable.
The office staff is equally amazing—friendly, efficient, and always accommodating. Appointments run on time, and the environment is welcoming. If you are looking for a primary care physician who truly cares about their patients, Dr. Williams is the one to choose!
Intense visit, with Dr. Richardson spent more time with me than I had expected. He is a great listener, valuing what I was sharing with him. My comfort level with Dr. Richardson is really very important to me!
I found this office on ZocDoc and I am very happy I did. Dr. Melvin Williams is very down to earth, easygoing type of doctor. I was nervous, as this was my first visit, but my mind was quickly put at ease. The receptionist was warm and inviting. I went in on a Saturday and was delighted to see that the actual Dr was in! I’m happy to say that Dr Williams is my new Doctor. Very impressed
This was my first visit to Allcare. I had a great experience with Dr.Christie and her team. Dr.Christie was very thorough with her exam and she was focusing on things I spoke about, which made me feel heard. Before I left, her and her staff ensured I had the referrals I needed and took the extra time to ensure that my tests were priority and ordered them Stat! I felt very welcomed and cared for.
This was my first visit to this clinic. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the MD and staff. Dr Catherine Christie is wonderful. She is very patient, caring, and shares valuable information, both medical and holistic health. I truly felt cared for and heard during this visit. Parker (Dr Christie’s assistant) was also wonderful. When he greets you, you feel this wonderful comfortable positive energy. My first visit was amazing.
Dr Nolte is an amazing physician! He listens and allows patients to express concerns. He’s thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him!
Only reason i go there is because of Dr. Graham. Otherwise the facility is trash, especially the after service. You can leave them a message using the portal, they won't respond. You can try calling them 10 times, they will receive once if you are lucky, will say they will contact the doctor and get back to you but never does. Terrible. The two stars belong to Dr. Graham cause he is an amazing person.
