I have been coming to this place for the last six years and loved it until yesterday. The person who does blood work was rude and yelled at me. She couldn’t care less about the patient. Your slogan asks for respect for those who care, but she is definitely not respecting those who need care. The experience was very painful and unpleasant.
The receptionist also had the same careless attitude. The attached photo shows clear proof of how painful and rude the blood work was.

The last 3 times blood test experience was just bad. Also the receptionist - tons of attitude out of nowhere. I am seriously considering changing clinics.
Super rude staff. Guy who took my vitals tightened the blood pressure cuff so much my arm hurt afterwards and he had no bedside manner or manners period. Was given a prescription for something that doesn’t even exist and walked out of the room without letting me ask questions. Would have been better off not even going. Avoid if you can
I have so many outstanding things to say about Dr. Graham Dodlinger, I don’t even know where to begin. Just know that he is an amazing doctor with a sweet, and caring personality. Very knowledgeable indeed, and most of all, he listens attentively.❤️ Dr. Dodlinger is the greatest.FYI- I refuse to see any other doctor if Dr. Dodlinger is not available at a specific time- I’d rather wait!
I came here with an appointment through Zocdoc, and it’s surprisingly easy to get an appointment for the next day. The check-in process is pretty smooth. There are plenty of parking space nearby. The wait time is <5 minutes. The doctor is patient to explain things in detail. The perk is that there is also a bakery I like nearby (Best Bun Bakery). Overall, I have good experiences coming to AllCare.
The Tyson’s location is terrible. I went in for a sick visit and a couple of tests during an early morning appointment (on a Monday). I expected test results back in 24-48hrs, based on the standard for these particular tests & timeline given by the doctor. By the end of the third day with no results I reached out to the office to see if the results were in, just not posted in the portal. Ended up leaving a voicemail, which was never returned. Sent a message through the portal early the next day (day 4). Called in again on day 5, still no answer, left another unreturned voicemail. Around 11pm on day 5 the doctor finally sent me a message through the portal saying I’d need to check directly with the lab for status of the tests since the results hadn’t come back yet. When I reached out to the lab on Monday (a full week after my appointment), I was told they never received anything from AllCare. Called back in to AllCare Tysons & was finally able to speak with someone. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, the lab tech told me the labs never went out based on the doctor’s direction. I confirmed it was same doctor who told me twice—once face-to-face and once through the portal—that my tests would go to the lab/the lab would have my results. To call the experience frustrating would be an extreme understatement.
I’ve had great experiences at the Lorton location in the past so I made an appointment for the next day (day 9) to have the tests redone. Had my new test results in less than 48hrs.
Unfortunately, I have been twice in the past year due to being sick, but each time I visit it’s excellent service! They always have availability for unscheduled appointments, friendly staff and doctors and comfortable, modern, and a clean facility. So if you find yourself in pain or needing immediate non-life threatening medical care, call and/or visit them. They are there to help you and your family heal.
I have been to other locations of Allcare Primary & Immediate Care and the experience was not good.
I wanted to write this review especially for JELENA who is in Tyson corner. The care I received from JELENA was exceptional. She listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel comfortable.
Allcare Primary & Immediate Care should hire more employees like her.
