I highly recommend this location because all the staff on the front and back are very quick and professional. They deal with polite and pleasant moods and ensure to give best patient/customer service delivery to all. Moreover, I would talk about Dr. Edmund. He is the really GEM who treat me very gently and listen all of about situation and as give me best recommendations.
Friendly and respectful staff, clean and welcoming environment. I highly recommend. I was nervous to find a new primary care provider, but Zena Carter and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease immediately. I felt listened to and respected, my concerns were addressed thoroughly and my questions answered, all with smiles and no sense of being rushed out the door. My partner accompanied me to the appointment and was met with similar respect. I am thrilled to have found my new go-to for both urgent and primary needs that feels both welcoming and professional.
What an amazing office My husband and I felt so welcome and important. Regina and lakeia were terrific Joe and I were so happy with the whole staff. Dr Merife is exceptional!! I have been to Allcare several time s snd I was very pleased with my care there. I’ve started taking my teen age son there to see Dr Merife. Dr Merife has been great. He is empathetic..shows confidence in his knowledge of care. Has a very calm demeanor and communicate well. I’m glad that I found this Dr for my son. His staff and nurse were also great. Very good customer service.
I was not greeted very warmly by the receptionist but the basic job was done and it took no time until I was taken to a room for vitals, the nurse was on point.
Dr came in quickly after that and was very attentive. It is my first time here and I need a little more experience to come to a deeper feedback but so far I would recommend this place.
I’ve been back 3 times since my first visit and I still feel very good with Dr Merife approach and how attentive he is to your concerns. He has tackled my problems and I see progress every day Definitely recommend Dr Merife.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING HERE!
Very unprofessional people, especially reception. Back in August I had my annual exam, it took over 2 hrs. 45 min waiting in the doctors room until the doctor came in, the rest was reception and waiting for the people take their lunch break to draw my blood. 0, the level of care for people.
I’ve been there before but the quality has definitely declined BY A LOT.
Results come without doctor’s notes or explanations, called the office and emailed the doctor for notes and nothing. Beginning of October got message from an over night shift doctor with my results notes. NEED A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT BC HAD AN ALTERATION. Why so long? Asked and they couldn’t give a reasonable explanation.
Got the appt for follow up today and bc I was 10min late (for a reason) THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT SEE ME, ITS THE POLICY BUT THEY ALso never alerted about that.
NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME AT ALL.
Detail: I drove all the way from manassas for them to say you need to reschedule.
Dr Merife is awesome. The staff is very courteous and attentive. You cannot go wrong by having Dr. Merife and the team at AllCare provide for your medical needs.
Staff was friendly and they got me back pretty quick! Andrea Aliaga Quijada was great and very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. The phlebotomist was awesome! I'm a hard stick and used to get stuck multiple times but she managed to do it in just one!
