I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had a negative experience. Yesterday, Dr Webster was great! He reviewed my previous records in the practice (not common in urgent care facilities, but very important), listened and asked questions, was very attentive and offered short and long term solutions to my current condition. His MA, Chamika, was also very sweet and attentive and the girl at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable, funny and easygoing. Great team at this office. Being in the healthcare field, I appreciate the way they care for people. Thanks!
Honestly I’m shocked this place has such high reviews. Nurse Patel was rude and dismissive, she even checked her watch in the 4-minutes she was in the room with me. I certainly will not be going back. The two women at the front desk weren’t very friendly and one of them was scrolling socials while at the desk, not even working. I did get seen pretty fast for not having an appointment, which is probably the only good thing about it. They immediately swab you for the big three: Covid, flu, and strep. If they’re all negative, they don’t try to figure out anything else and send you home with a “cold” diagnosis and tell you to take ibuprofen.
Without a doubt, my best experience at an urgent care center. Dr. Webster is outstanding and quickly reviewed my symptoms and made good recommendations based on his analysis I would definitely go back.
I booked an appointment so that I could have a provider take over my medication management now that I am in a new state. I saw a provider who wasn’t able to do that for me so they referred me to someone else instead. I won’t say the name of the provider because I have nothing against her and she was great. It’s just the fact that the practice still kept me there for a visit and charged me even though I did not receive what I made the appointment for. I’m also unable to dispute the charge because I was kept in the office for a full visit due to lack of transparency. If I knew I was going to be referred to someone else and that if I stayed I would be charged, then I would have left (respectfully).
Just unfortunate the lack of transparency and now I’m out a big chunk of money and need to go back and pay to see the provider I was referred to in order to achieve what I initially made the appointment for.
Again, nothing against the provider I saw. She was nice.
Sonya refused to add a TB blood test I needed for school to the rest of my routine labs telling me I'd need to make another appointment.
Stunning lack of courtesy and respect for my time and money. Clearly just wanted to collect an additional copay. There is no physical exam needed to order this blood draw. I messaged another provider after the fact who gladly added it to my labs, as any reasonable one would. This would've taken at MOST 10 extra seconds of her time as she was already ordering labs. I'd avoid this practitioner.
This place should honestly be ashamed of itself. I have been a patient since 2020 — despite the endless MD and NP turnover and inability for them to retain good doctors, might I add. I had some blood testing done and was billed, and while I was trying to see if my insurance would cover the testing, Allcare SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. For $100. A patient of over four years. The kicker? The date on the collections letter I received was after I had already paid the bill. Hope that $100 was worth it! This place is clearly really hurting for money, but not patients.
Horrible experience! I called the office two weeks in advance to schedule a physical with Dr. Webster. I arrived punctually and was taken back. When they took me back into the room they said they had scheduled me for a foot consultation and couldn’t do my physical. I explained that I booked through a receptionist for a physical and never said anything about my foot but they wouldn’t accommodate me at all even though I drove over 45 minutes and took the day off of work. I have decided to just find another care provider that would be reliable because I can’t afford to take a day off work, drive here and then be told I can’t be accommodated because of an error on their end. My suggestion is to go elsewhere.
Worst experience ever!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment online for 7:00 PM. I arrived punctually at the clinic, my first time using their online booking system and visiting this clinic. Unaware that I needed to fill out a form online beforehand, I arrived without one. From the outset, the receptionist displayed a cold and impatient attitude. She instructed me to fill out the form in the adjacent waiting room before seeing the doctor. While completing the form, she twice rushed me. By her second interruption, I had nearly finished. She warned that if I didn't finish within three minutes, I would need to reschedule. I promptly left, well within one minute. However, upon exiting, she abruptly informed me that I could not be seen today and must reschedule, citing my failure to fill out the form beforehand. I asked why she didn't suggest rescheduling immediately upon learning I hadn't filled out the form. She blamed my "excessive" time. However, her demand to complete the form in three minutes was unwarranted, and I certainly did not exceed it. Throughout, her demeanor was extremely hostile, and her refusal to treat me was unjustified. I wonder if her treatment was influenced by my Asian descent. Does this clinic not welcome Asian patients? The receptionist showed no concern for patients' health, only her own emotions. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. This has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered
