I am writing on behalf of my mother-in-law regarding an ongoing issue with this facility. Unfortunately, the facility has made the same mistake twice by submitting claims with the incorrect billing code. As a result, for the past several months, my mother-in-law has been receiving bills from LabCorp for $410.55 for her annual labs, which should have been fully covered by her insurance.
This error has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden.
PS- Don’t take appointments if you don’t have a phlebotomist onsite.
Excellent primary care facility. Very quick to get into and out of, they do lab work on site, and I have access to my doctor almost anytime I want because they aren’t completely overrun with patients.
Dr. Arriola is excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with all the latest medical research and is always willing to engage in detailed well-reasoned discussions about his rationale for his approach in any given treatment context. He also takes my input seriously when approaching care and is not dismissive like some other doctor (not at this facility but in general).
You see so many medical treatment offices that lack care and professionalism, but not this place. They were amazing. From the front desk staff to the doctor, all provided excellent and prompt service. Dr. Prajapati was very attentive to my medical needs and provided effective service.
I recently visited All care primary, and I was throughly impressed with the level of care I received. The doctor was not only nice but also genuinely attentive and considerate taking the time to listen to my concerns. The nurse was fantastic as well. She was super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable thought the appointment. Overall it was a great experience, and I appreciate the compassionate care from both doctor and nurse ❤️. Highly recommend!!
Dr. David Arriola is one of the best doctors in the office. My whole family goes to him, he is always thorough with his examinations and provides detailed explanations on diagnoses or other procedures. He is patient with my mom as well who struggles with English. He always tries his best to communicate with her, hence why she feels like she isn't judged for not knowing the langauge. I would highly recommend him to any other patient.
I have had such great experiences at this location. Jakeline has been such a great provider to me. She has made me feel heard and seen since I first began going here. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming.
I wanted to add that Yeimy at the front desk has been so helpful with my visits and solving all of my prescription/insurance problems. She has always had a great attitude whenever I call and I know she’s always willing to help me!
I had a morning appointment and first thing in the morning I had to face the Front desk representative frustration.
The representative argued with me over a routine check-in process, displaying unprofessional behavior Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, the conversation escalated unnecessarily.
Usually other doctor offices had front desk people they take your information and add in the system but she was yelling and saying that I have to do my pre registration in 10 mins otherwise she will cancel my appointment.
When I asked her to be polite she started blaming that I didn’t finish my per registration before I came to the office than I try to do by my phone but
Internet was very bad here and I couldn’t login in my account until 5 mins
And in hurry I could not enter the WiFi password
And she started again and making me nervous by interrupting that if your registration not done in 5mins I will cancel your appointment. I never see this kind of behavior in any other clinic.
I will suggest to All CARE they must have someone on the front desk who has some courtesy and manners and expected a smooth and respectful check-in process, which is the standard for any establishment.
I've had a lot of doctors in the past, and I would describe Allcare as a breath of fresh air. Dr. Arriola really knows his stuff, and he gets straight to the point in addressing medical issues without a lot of nonsense. He does, however, communicate clearly, thoroughly, and efficiently. I really appreciate that. With how complicated insurance and medicine are these days, it's nice to have a doc who will work with you to deal with all of that without making it worse.
