Typically 5-star experience with physicians.
Recently visited and was 5 minutes late due to metro. They told me the grace period is 5 minutes, so I thought I was fine, but because I hadn’t filled out the pre-registration I was suddenly considered a walk-in… I had registered for an appt the week before, and it’s not obvious you have to complete a 13-page questionnaire every time you visit… especially for appointments happening in the same week.
Dr. Ariolla is an outstanding doctor. He has been my primary care physician for over five years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his care. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses all my questions thoroughly. I only wish he worked more days at the Courthouse office instead of just Tuesdays. He's truly the best GP I've ever had!
My recent visit to this urgent medical facility was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The waiting time was surprisingly short; I was in and out in less than an hour, which was a relief given the circumstances.
The physician who attended to me was not only friendly but also made sure I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. She asked all the right questions and took the time to listen to my concerns. What stood out the most was how she patiently addressed all my questions, explaining everything clearly.
The prescribed medication was spot on. I could feel its effects within hours, and it significantly improved my condition. This level of expertise and effectiveness reassured me that I was in capable hands.
Overall, my experience at this urgent care facility was excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. The combination of efficient service, compassionate care, and effective treatment makes this place truly exceptional.
Sonya refused to add a TB blood test I needed for school to the rest of my routine labs telling me I'd need to make another appointment.
Stunning lack of courtesy and respect for my time and money. Clearly just wanted to collect an additional copay. There is no physical exam needed to order this blood draw. I messaged another provider after the fact who gladly added it to my labs, as any reasonable one would. This would've taken at MOST 10 extra seconds of her time as she was already ordering labs. I'd avoid this practitioner.
I had an awful experience at AllCare. When I arrived, they assured me that a doctor would see me, so I went ahead and registered. After waiting for over an hour, I was informed that there might not be a doctor available after all! The staff showed a complete lack of interest, were unwelcoming, and seemed totally bored with their jobs. In the end, I had to leave without ever seeing a doctor. This place is a total disaster, and I will never return. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your time and want decent service.
The Dr, nurse and support staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not rushed. I felt they understood my health needs and acted appropriately. Highly recommend.
Check in was a lil difficult because I didn't receive the link previous of my arrival which made me wait and miss my appointment time cause I had to do the tablet before I could be seen. But after 5 other patients I was seen and the ladies in the front where niece l nice and took care of me. The DR was nice and was accommodating to find me the specialist I needed to help with my problem.
Terrible. Strongly recommend against using this urgent care. Had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half to see the doctor. The walls didn't go all the way up to the ceiling so I could hear the patient in the room next to me. The doctor saw me for five minutes, listened to my breathing with his stethoscope, and told me to get bloodwork done. But since I had been kept waiting so long, their lab had closed for the day. He recommended I go to the emergency room for bloodwork. He wrote no prescriptions and gave no advice and then charged hundreds of dollars. Went to a different doctor the next day who said bloodwork was totally unnecessary, gave advice, and prescribed medicine that fixed the issue.
