Best WLM Reviews
I think All Care is the best. They have different services that they can help you with all you need to do is ask. I’ve got a worker there. Her name is Kristi. She is the best she’s going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. they work hard on preventative care.
Nicole (#8113) is the best and listens to you with compassion and kindness. She helped me immensely when I needed it, and I can’t thank her enough. She has great communication, personal skills are outstanding, and she made me feel more heard than my actual PCP ever did. Give this lady a raise, please. Well deserved.
I would think very seriously about having these people handle your heath.
They like playing God because it's all about their pocketbook.
I really love the practitioner Alissa Cordell. She has been so mindful and helpful with my health! I don’t usually like doctors, but she is just great. The staff is as friendly as they can be seeing as how they have to tell me no all the time to the things that I am asking them.
Such as I ask them if I could email them a document and they said no. They don’t take emails or faxes from patients for any reason. They do, however take emails and faxes from hospitals and other doctors. Clients have to bring them in. What they didn’t tell me is that you can’t bring them in without an appointment. So I drove 26 miles in one direction to stand there with a Document in my hand and have to make an appointment for the following week. Excuse me, people! This is the information age. We send stuff all over the world in the blink of an eye. And I can’t get stuff to my doctor? There are all kinds of online systems that do this. Why do you refuse it? And why do I have to come in for an appointment for a document?
I have a friend who had a stroke and then he needed heart surgery so we have six different doctors and we have been in and out of the hospital and therapies and doctors for the last seven months. . Not one of those doctors or institutions has given me the kind of grief that All Care Medical gives me over the simplest things.
I believe that I’m going to have to give up my favorite practitioner because the aggravation of dealing with these people is just too much for me. It’s actually the fear that they have some other rule that is going to lift its head when I’m least expecting it and I need help the most. Sometime when I’m sick And Alisa will not be able to help me because of some stupid rule they have. As I said, they are completely inflexible about the rules that they have. No wiggle room no exceptions. But the question is why do you have these rules to begin with? Who thought of this and why do you think it’s so important? Oh yes, you told me that “maybe the Practitioner might be on vacation and the information would go unnoticed. If it was important information, then you might be held liable “ do you really mean to tell me that there is no one taking care of the clients when the practitioner is gone? Again who is making these rules?
All care has been such a God send! The staff has always been super kind and went out of their way to meet my needs! I am so grateful. There Care coordinator Amy is my Angel.
One of the staff members in particular is very rude and unprofessional. She is a care coordinator and her name is Elsa. My understanding of a care coordinator is for them to be there for you. Well she was not she was very one sided. She didnt want to listen to me and then when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me no, which I dont think is exceptable. I don't feel heard and that isn't a great feeling to have with your insurance company ???? I called to talk about a issue that I had with readyride and she told me I can just take the bus. I explained to that I just got a bolt and screws put in my ankle and my husband is missing part of his foot due to diabetes and got a blister from walking and didn't heal so we literally can't walk from bus stop to bus stop for our daily medical appts and she said I was just making barriers for myself. That was a terrible response from someone that is supposed to help me with my needs.
I am so very grateful and thankful that I called and spoke with the staff here. I was welcomed and helped so much by them. I am now feeling better and more relaxed and comfortable with my situation. Thanks again for the help
I have been told wonderful things about all care and I should check into it and switch they have more to offer. My health concerns are my diabetes right away and they were very understanding I'm looking forward to a new relationship with them starting January thank you all care
