I love shopping here and I never had any issues until now. I placed two orders online Dec 1st I received one of my order but never the second one. I called, emailed them and never received a call or email back from them. This is definitely my last time shopping here I'm going to start looking somewhere else because they customer service number sucks. People ask me where do I go and get my hair from and I tell them don't waste your time because you will be disappointed because they don't care about people anymore just profits.
All virgin hair has great quality hair I am pleased with my new wig and my all virgin hair shampoo and conditioner. The hospitality was great and they took care of my needs. I can say they really care about their customers! Thank you All virgin hair! I will be back ❣️

I tried calling before driving 20 miles because I was looking for a specific hair texture but it kept going to voicemail. I get there and asked if they had Malaysian she said they didn’t and recommended me Amazon hair. When I went to get my hair done, my stylist told me she can’t use the hair because it’s much darker than my natural hair. I called the store multiple times to see if I can return it but they didn’t pick up. I drove 20 miles again and when I got there, I waited an additional hour because there was no one there. I spoke to the same girl that sold me the hair and told her the entire issue but said they don’t do refunds and said she mentioned it to me when I was buying the hair initially. This was not true or else I would have gone somewhere else especially because they didn’t have the hair I wanted in the first place.
This was a waste of my time and money.

The hair was not good my lace was so bad and there old wigs are not the same size as the new wigs so one style fit and one does not bow I have brought my wife here many time and only 1 times they let her try it on how am I spending 900 and I can even try it in to see if it fit no exchange no returns
I will have to go somewhere els no sad bc I really loved this place but does not seem like they care anymore about there ppl. We are not spending 20 bucks here we are spending hundreds: also I was just old I can not use all my point for my wig wow
Do not get the amazon curly hair. The hair is expensive, very dry even with good conditioner, gets matted and tangled real easily, sheds alot, plus it itches and caused sores in my head. Wasted $600 on this hair to last three weeks. I had to throw the hair in the trash. Never again will I get hair from here.
I've been using this hair company for many years and it started out great. I give them three stars because I like that they offer many different types of hair textures and the hair don't shed a lot. My issue (which is huge for me) with this company is that the last few times I have order they have given me a different hair texture closure than my bundles smh this hair cost too much money to be having this type of issue.
I am very disappointed. I have been a customer foŕ years and ordered a wig for my mother for the 1srtime . It was a horrible experience. The delivery was suppose to be at her home. No where did they say you would have to pick up at the local CVS UPS pick up point. After all this run around looking for the product following the UPS look up, the sent a wig that looks nothing like the Aida. There are bangs straight across the front and doesn't have long enough hair to create the geometric swoop. I usually buy bundles along with my mom but this was a truly poor and unfortunate experience that won't be repeated with us as customers.
The customer service was absolutely excellent. I bought the hair about a month ago I wanted to wait and see how the hair held up before I did this review. I do like the hair. The shedding is very minimal, it flows very nicely and after a wash it was still good and going. I will be buying more from this place and I’ll be able to give better feedback. I do highly recommend this company.
