Best WLM Reviews

Dr. Greenberg and his team have been fantastic through the entire process of initial visit, imaging, diagnosis, follow up, surgery, and post op care/ visits. I did extensive research (before choosing not only this practice but Dr. Greenberg as my surgeon) and am elated this experience was worry free with consistent communication. I received quality care every step of the way and appreciate that I didn’t feel as though I was ‘just another patient’ and my personal situation and needs as a busy mom of two young children were taken into account from day 1. Not only has my experience been great from start to finish but my knee is feeling good 10 days post op and getting stronger every day. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg, the All Star practice, and their great team for anyone needing orthopedic care.
I giving this 1 star. Not because of the doctors, nurses or saff they would get a great review. It's getting 1 star because of the lady in charge of the billing and the front. She was very rude over the phone. Then when I came in for the appointment as I was checking our to pay my bill. The new lady was having a bit of issues. I did not have a problem with that. It was the lady in charge coming over there and talking to her very disrespectfully. But got even worse because she seen my vist was for old car wreck she said no we are not going to run your insurance and demanded I pay $650. So my bill went from $50 to $650. I told her no I can't pay that and asked why she can't do it under my insurance. She no I need a policy # but you need to pay $650 now. I told sorry I just can't afford it. So she dropped it to $480. I told her no and run it under my insurance. She said no I'm not. Then I told her to just send me the bill and I'll pay it later. Then she said no you are not allowed to leave until you pay now. So eventually we agreed I pay $150 now the pay the rest later. Just so I could leave and not talk to her and just get out of there. I was so mad and never coming back there again. But I did call the billing department and was able to run my insurance and not deal with that ridiculous bill.
If I could give a -5 stars I would. I would not recommend this establishment to my fellow dog owners. I wouldn’t even send my own dog if she had a broken paw. The doctor that I was referred to is the most uninterested, indifferent, unconcerned, unmoved, emotionless, dispassionate, lukewarm, halfhearted human being I’ve ever met. When a doctor tells you “ you don’t have to come back” followed by “I only get paid $20 for this visit to talk to you out of courtesy. I’ll pass on him touching any part of my body . I’ll do my own surgery if I ever have to go back there to see him.
I was a patient there and had problems getting approval from my insurance company for an MRI. A woman at my insurance company tried for weeks to get documentation from the doctor and no one would even call her back. My phone calls were not returned. I found a new orthopedic doctor because I can't deal with people who treat people so poorly that they can't even return phone calls.
Dr. Timon and his PA were great, only complaint is only being mornings… now for the front office peeps.. hot garbage.. they got ugly attitudes and talk snobby like you wasting their time and just brush you off… except the lady you see checking out, she is the only one that has a good personality and is upbeat… the others should take notes
Top notch! From my first phone call to my recent one-week post surgery, it has been flawless! 30 yrs ago Dr Greenberg did my ACL replacement and Dr. Runner just did a bilateral hip replacement. ????????????
I had 2 hip replacement surgeries performed by Dr. Runner. I had them done 6 weeks apart in January and February. Today I am pain free and attribute this to the expertise of Dr. Runner. He was always available, spent so much time with me, answering questions and truly professional. He is a special person and Doctor.
I had my surgery on 2/9/24 at All-Star Orthopedics in Southlake and waited to write my review now because I wanted to see if Dr. Runner and his staff were the real deal. Well, I can say Dr Runner and his team are exceptional! It all started rut LaDonna Metzger. She coordinated everything from the beginning to the end. That in itself was amazing customer serviced. Dr. Runner…exhaling….I have to admit age gave me pause. But when he told me about his mother and her total knee replacement; it wowed me. The love he has for his mother and the time spent ensuring she received the best product and service was unbelievable. I was immediately sold on him being my surgeon. His bedside manners were very professional and caring. I was specifically impressed with his confidence. He explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He answered my questions while providing eye contact. Wow! Wow! Dr Runner is the man. I would trust him with any future surgeries and I would also highly recommend him and his staff any orthopedic issues that you may need. You will be in great, experienced hands.
