Family friendly w happy hour specials
The food was cooked perfectly and on time. Variety of options. Service was good.
Thank you ❤️
Simply not impressed.
The one server was very sweet and was also the bartender, but there were only about 10 people total there for lunch on a Saturday.
We waited 40 minutes for an appetizer and a sandwich.
The food was ok, but nothing to get excited about and the tomato on my sandwich was old.
The entire place felt unkept and dirty.
They charge a fee for paying with a card which is a huge turn off for me.
This is a nice and quiet little family-friendly sports bar. The food portions are huge and the drinks are cheap. The burger could have been two sandwiches easily. I ordered the hurricane chicken, and while it was pretty good, i would have liked the barbeque sauce to be something more original. It tasted like any plain old store bought sauce. There's games and pool tables to keep everyone entertained. We'll definitely give this place another try. The menu had a lot of options that sound amazing!
I’m a retired public official who came to have a few drinks and watch the game and I have been to all stars several times and the bartender service was really good until tonight, I never asked the bartender her name because she spent all her time talking to one couple all night neglecting everyone else to the point that when me and my brother asked to put in a order for food we both felt like she had attitude for asking to put in a order!! I am gonna end by saying that I’ve always felt entitled to tip waiters and waitresses(Big Tips) for there hard work and dedication at whatever franchise or establishment that I ate at but I absolutely couldn’t force myself to do that tonight! ???? Food was great though!!
Would give this place negative stars but it won't let me. My co workers and I ordered lunch from this place. Order came to about $100. Order was wrong. They sent hot wings instead of mild. I don't eat spicy food so I couldn't eat the wings. The salad was soggy the food was disgusting, No utensils were placed in bag (& we ordered like 4 salads). No salad dressing was placed in the bag. We specifically ordered ranch and blue cheese. Well nothing came in the bag. When we called to inform them of the order being completely wrong. Kiana answered the phone and was very rude about the situation. After demanding to speak to the manager several times. I found out the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Juan who stated he was the manager was ghetto at it's finest. Instead of trying to rectify the situation he tried to justify it. He even went to the extent to tell me that he works 14 hours a day. When asked who is his boss, he told me he doesn't have one. He runs that location. I told him everybody has a boss and asked for the contact information. He refused to even acknowledge a higher authority. It's the principle of the situation that needs better. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
Came here for lunch and was very pleased with my meal. Burger and fries were very good and the atmosphere was casual and quite relaxing.
Pool tables, darts etc... would be a lot of fun too.
Our server Maria was great and thus we would definitely recommend and be returning when in the area. ????
We went to All Star grill in Lake Wales, FL on 9/7/2024. Had a few beers and ordered boneless chicken wings. When cutting into a chicken wing it had a horrible smell. We notified the bar tender, she smelled the chicken and agreed it had a bad smell. They brought us a new order of wings to go home with. The manager never came over to speak with us or ask us any questions. We were brought the bill which had the full charge for the horrible smelling chicken wings. We asked for the bones less chicken wings to be removed from the bill and told them we were not going to take the wings to go as we were concerned about getting sick from the ones we ate, as it was. The boneless wings were removed from our bill but still the manager never came over to speak with us what so ever while he stood just looking around the restaurant the entire time.
Have only been in this place 4 or 5 times but it was very nice and courtesy and I have never had any problems.
