Not impressed AT ALL!
First left me start off by saying, it was my first visit.
I recently moved in the area and was recommended this place by a coworker. I used "theCut" app to schedule my appointment with Lex DeLeon. He confirmed the appointment and we even exchanged conversation back and forth about myself and my son getting a haircut and us being new to the area. I also inquired about mobile pay and I also messaged him we we're on our way and when we had arrived at 9:45AM (messaged him at 9:54am after waiting a few minutes). The barbershop finally opened at 10:10am and we we're never approached or acknowledged by Lex. We did sign in and we're acknowledged by two other individuals, still hadn't heard of Lex or his whereabouts. At 10:23am, my son and I decided to leave. We had appointments scheduled for a reason. My time is valuable. I was really disappointed at the lack of professionalism he failed to exhibit. Seemed likable over message and had good reviews, that, in my opinion, are suspect. This inconvenience leaves me going back to Mount Dora to my previous barber... Smh. Hard to find professional barbers these days...
Some of the best Barbers around Clermont area and very professional. The atmosphere is great with the sports theme. Definitely recommend this spot to friends and family
Walked and and got sat very quickly, I loved that. The barber was very nice and fast. The place looked very clean and everyone else in the shop looked and sounded nice as well. I will definitely bring my son back here again.
First time going to a barber shop; I normally go to beauty salons and was having scheduling issues and needed a cut. The shop is clean, has a positive atmosphere, and friendly staff. I personally like to observe and see if people are happy. The staff was kind to one another and shared advice and laughs. My barber was Jay. He was amazing! Being that it was my first time, he constantly asked questions to make sure he did what I wanted and checked to see if I was comfortable. I love my cut and design! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!
5 stars all the way. I’ve been going here since they opened on day 1.
They have taken care of me and my kids haircuts over the years.
Quick and professional. Highly recommend.
I’m so glad to have this spot. As my number one barber close to home great atmosphere and always fast and promptly professional. I come in the second I walk in the second. I’m in the chair my barber. Particularly D is amazing. Get this job done. Get me out of there very quickly would highly recommend this barber shop. Also I can use most of the barbers, or even all of the barbers in there just in case my barber was not present thank you guys for a great job.
Did a in the moment trip to see my normal barber. When I walked in and didn't see any of his normal stuff at his station I asked if Dwayne was in today.(unusual). The Owner Andy processed to tell me he was on vacation. He had other barbers that can cut me and such. As I continued to look around I noticed some Key barbers from all stars also not there. I've been with Dwayne for almost 10+ years. The Owner knowing knew he was no longer at his shop but tried to disrespect my barber to keep his Business running so he doesn't lose clients. Called my barber and found his new shop. Champions Barber in Minneola . Dwayne, Josh and Dee are there. but if you ask the owner they're still on vacation.
I have a VERY active one year old that needed a hair cut. Barber was very kind and patient. My baby boy looks very handsome with his new hairstyle! Thanks Andy!
