All Seasons Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We recently used All Seasons as our hotel block for our wedding! We have also stayed here once before and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and at a great value. For our wedding block we had about 60 people staying here and everyone appeared to have a great time! We stopped by to visit with people and the back courtyard was a great place to hang out and socialize near the gazebo. The indoor pool was also a plus and it was a great location for all of our wedding events. Finally, the staff was great and handed out our welcome bags that we made for our guests upon their check in. My only suggestion would be to get a few of those outdoor heaters for the back courtyard for people in the fall! An amazing find and would not hesitate to stay again.

Positive: We had a good room location. 1st floor with easy access to outside pool. Our room led easily to the breakfast area & indoor pool. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was nice & fun for our grandchildren (waffle making). Negative: The outdoor pool closed at dusk. The screen & glass sliding doors were hard to slide. TV stations were family friendly limited.

I like the place and I want to give it more stars but…..|We stayed twice this summer, the first time was better than the second. There was not one big thing but the little things started to add up. The tv, the line in the shower, the nails sticking out on the patio (could be very dangerous) etc. |I would like to say the staff overall was very nice. It’s in a great location, the pools were great. Right next to an ice cream place which our grand daughter liked.|I want to stay again but I just don’t know.

The room was average. The best service I received was from a housekeeper named Lea I hope I'm spelling it correctly. She was very nice and did a great job ???????????????????? I give her 5 stars. The pools were clean. The only thing I did not like was that there was alot of spiders all over the building even on our deck they were everywhere...... Plus I saw a rat near the pool and it was NOT small.

Our favorite hotel! The rooms were newly renovated. We have been two years in a row. It has an indoor and outdoor pool that are both very clean as well as a hot tub. The outdoor pool is beautiful and they have a nice gazebo that has lights at night and also tables to eat outside at. The breakfast is great! Eggs, potatoes, sausage, a waffle maker, bagels, croissants, yogurt, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, danish, juice, coffee and tea. You can’t go wrong staying here. Oh, and there is a small swing set for the kids, too! 10/10 recommend.

A good hotel in a nice central location. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side and the hotel is older but they have done a refresh to the rooms, if no the bathrooms. The indoor pool is a nice option along with the outdoor pool and the complementary breakfast is nice but could use more space as it gets very crowded in the morning. Pricing is very reasonable and the hotel is comfortable so this is a nice option in the area for families on a budget.

We had a very upsetting experience here. ||This was going to be the 4th time I stayed here. We checked in as normal and went to our room. Once we arrived at our room I inspected it (can’t be too careful!) and found some black marks on the mattress. I looked further and found red marks underneath the mattress pad. ||We brought our concerns to the front desk, and a manager took us back to the room. I felt they were very defensive, saying “these are new mattresses, we don’t have bed bugs”. My wife and I had never mentioned that being one of our concerns. ||We were then brought to another room, and when inspecting a mattress there saw dark brown marks underneath the mattress pad. The manager asked what we would like to do, and I had asked them to leave so I could talk privately with my wife. When we left the room to find the manager she came up to us saying “I don’t think we meet your standards”, and cancelled our reservation on us. ||Thankfully we had another place to stay or we would have been stuck here without a room.||I was very disappointed with the service we received and the cleanliness of the room.

Positive: The location is great! Negative: Our stay was very disappointing. Awful. Hockey teams banging on doors all hours of the night. Drunk parents in the lobby allowed to take over space. Kids pouring water under doors of rooms and playing in the hall til 1am. Hotel did nothing to stop this.
