I can’t recall if I blindly picked out this hotel by not knowing what I was getting until I paid or did I just not do an iota of research. Anyhow, starting off, my Waze navigation said, “I’ve arrived” without clear indication of which side of the street this motel was on. Well, after doing an image search, I realized it was on the opposite side that I was looking at and it was tied in with a T-Rex lounge. The hotel clerk was pleasant and check in was easy. However, my room that was located across the parking lot from the office was difficult to get into with the key. So the clerk walked over and helped me. A resident of the lodge helped me later that evening too. Anyhow, the room itself isn’t bad. It’s just a motel quality. I am just kicking myself because the motel name was misleading to sound fancier and it’s a little down the road from the main attractions, but about a mile to the convention center, in case you’re heading there. Overall, it’s fine. They send nice emails to thank you for registering and to welcome you prior to your arrival. The towels are a bit thin, but the bed was comfortable. It also wasn’t noisy considering it’s a roadside type lodge.
Coming to this hotel was real last minute. We booked with another hotel that was not what was advertised. When we called the all seasons in Hot Springs AR. The nicest lady answered the phone and she made it happen for me and my family. Rebble really went above and beyond to help with everything. And yes I will be returning and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
We have stayed here a few times, very reasonable and clean. This last trip the only complaint was the TV. it's to small for the room and none of the channels wanted to work, there was some other things but nothing that would keep us from staying there
Great little motel near TRex Amusement and CLOSE TO Oaklawn Racing. .The staff was very helpful and we'll definetly be back...Rooms were small but clean..thanks...price for 1 night with 2 people was just under $70..

Got in around dinner time and went to check in. Rebel is a fantastic front desk worker and she is so sweet! She let us know if we needed anything after hours that we could call and she would bring anything over. She kept her word on that and was very attentive!
The motel itself was rough around the edges. The first thing I noticed when we arrived was the paint peeling off the doors. If the motel can't dress up the outside, it's usually worse inside. Thankfully that wasn't the case here. The rooms seem recently redone. It was bare bones for sure. No microwave. No fridge. No towels. No toilet paper holder. Pretty much was a one-night-stay type of motel (That's all we needed it for anyways). Our door did not lock properly. And we were able to push it right in, no key or force needed. The only way we could get it to lock from the outside was to jiggle the handle while pulling hard and it was hit or miss. We didn't feel our belongings were safe when we left because of this. We were able to deadbolt the door if we pulled hard on the handle while bolting it. But otherwise, it was a pain. The room was warm and it was a roof over our heads for $60 in a decent area so there's not much else bad to say. Rebel was kind enough to run us some towels after we let her know there were none in the room and we appreciated it.
The motel is in a good location! We felt safe. The parking lot is lit enough. And it's walking distance to a few things. You can even walk downtown if you want a longer walk. It's about a half hour walk to the casino and 15-20 minutes to downtown Hot Springs.
This motel is great if you're looking for a budget place to crash for the night. But I would've struggled staying here for longer. Staff is awesome!
We went in paid for a week and no refrigerator we asked several times the headboard was broken and leaning with a screw in it on top of that the nightstand in the middle was wobbly falling apart. We did call the office and asked for another room. They told us they didn’t have anymore rooms and they did they never not one time came and checked on us that week. They never tried to give us fresh towels never asked if we need toilet paper or anything then at the end of the week we try to pay for another night she got really rude with us ended up telling us we had 30 minutes to leave and kept are hundred dollar deposit and said we tore up the room. I wish I knew the woman’s name from when I left it was a older lady and a woman probably in her late 20s kind of a big girl not really big but she’s tall got meat on her had a really snotty attitude like they were better than everyone else, and just didn’t wanna work with anybody on anything They are a horrible motel. There are a couple of people there that have really bad attitudes and if you look under the beds and stuff, they do not clean their beds there’s mold all around the rims in the sink.
Motel was OK for its price. Only thing I didn't like about this motel is they take a copy of your credit card and your driver license which I did not appreciate.
My friend and I stayed here one night and all was good. Easy and early check in which was nice! Gal at the front desk was very nice and full of info. Room was fine. Had all we needed, except a coffee maker. Easy 10 minute walk to the historic downtown area and the baths etc. Lots of restaurants. Only thing we didn't like was if we wanted coffee you couldn't get it till 10am when the office opened!! Never heard of anything like that in my life. Most people are usually long gone before 10 am. Gas stations across the street worked for our coffee though. I would stay again.
