My Mom stayed there, she is disabled and in a wheelchair and with her cat, it is awesome to find a pet friendly hotel especially in an emergency and at short notice. The staff was so helpful. Everyone I met was very pleasant and nice. The whole place, including the room was clean and neat. The surroundings were beautiful. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much!
I stayed here with my son for a lacrosse tournament that was at Bryant University. It was half the cost of the surrounding hotels. It was close to Bryant and about 15 minutes from downtown Providence. I showed up extremely early on the day of my reservation and they offered me a coffee and told me they would finish a room for me and get me checked in at no additional charge. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean, AC was cold and everything was as it is supposed to be. The pool was small but was refreshing for a late afternoon/night dip. The breakfast was good, eggs, cereal, bagels coffee, yogurts, fruits and all you need included with the room.
Very easy check-in with a pleasant receptionist. She gave me all the needed info for our stay…parking, breakfast time, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than most freeBK offerings at other hotels. Any staff we passed in the hallways always said hello. Would gladly stay there again. The road sign directing you to the hotel was a bit small….almost missed the turn the first time we pulled in.
A little outdated but overall pretty nice. The beds were really comfy, the staff was super nice. They have vending and ice machines and a microwave and mini fridge in the room. And complimentary breakfast which was great after a long fun night. Overall very good and comfortable experience
staff was very pleasant. the shower handle was broken in the hot position in the room so i had to take a quick shower. i do have to say the water is scorching hot. it was not pleasant. after settling into my room after a physical 18 hour workday i did not feel like going through the hassle of complaining at that moment. i know it would not have been fixed immediately and was told during check-in they were fully booked, so nothing could have been done.
The worst hotel where I stayed, smell of humidity and old, we also did not sleep, because the beds came with companions, Thousands of fleas jumped all night. What a nightmare!
We stayed her overnight 8/20/22 with 2 adults and 2 kids, I can’t for the life of me understand why this hotel gets such a bad review?? We had a great time, the staff is so friendly and they absolutely love kids!! The room was clean and efficient with a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, the staff was so accommodating allowing us early check in and Late check out so the kids could use the pool longer.. they even provide towels at the pool side! It was a wonderful experience and our kids can’t wait for their next overnight stay to use the pool!! And enjoy the free hot breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again and absolutely loved the staff. Thank you for our overnight getaway to beat the heat!! And at such a great price too.. xo Stacy
My spouse and I were in town for a few nights for our son's graduation from Bryant University. The front desk and management could not have been nicer and more accommodating - from the very first time I contacted them in October 2022 to make the reservation. I spoke with them through the year to check on the reservation and they were so very nice. Once we arrived, they were very helpful. Everything has been excellent, and we really appreciated our stay!
