Our room was clean looking to start but there were hairs on the bed/pillows. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in my family, we all did not get a good nights rest. The worst part though was after calling the front desk to confirm what we need to do upon checkout, they said to leave it at the desk, but they actually came and got it, hurried us out and watched us get in our cars and leave.
For a two star hotel I would give it two and a half stars! Needs some updates power options and maybe a few more outlets , one of the rooms had a lit mirror, nice touch, it was hard to turn on but I figured it out after asking the front counter. Pool was open but they wouldn't let us swim , that's minus one star.
The room was clean non smoking room didn't smell like cigarettes at all. The bedding was clean and comfortable. There was a $30 cash deposit that wasn't mentioned when booking but I got it back when I checked out no issues. The shower was nice but the bathroom was a little small. Beautiful vanity mirror, microwave, mini fridge, gated parking, great customer service.
The clerk was nice and helpful. However there was no hot water, the refrigerator had dirty shelves among other issues. Since it was a one night stay I didn't report the issues until checkout.
I stayed here two nights it was clean I even pulled the sheets off n using a flash light, I was pleased, my room was very clean, I had no complaints, Staff was very helpful, nice. I had to leave a review, i normally do not however I will return.

Wouldn’t stay here, NASTY, bugs and bug residue all in bed and on sheets. Had bug bites on my legs and back, they refused to give me a refund or change my room til next morning. Nats flying all around bathtub and bed area. Couldn’t get towels and towels were dirty. Customer service HORRIBLE service was trash, no hospitality or manners what so ever.
Do NOT STAY THEY OVERCHARGE MOLD IN ROOMS TOWELS WERE DIRTY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEYRES BETTER HOTELS FORE CHEAPER WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Pulled in to the carpark to find people from multiple rooms on multiple levels of the hotel trading insults with people in the car park like a ghetto scene from a movie. Later, there was a lot of people waking from rooms to carpark and back, and lots of cars coming and going. You decide what they were doing.
Room looked okay at first glance, but when we went to go to bed we found all the linen in the room was filthy. Every single item. From mattress cover, to blankets, to pillow slips, to towels, to floor mats - every single item was stained to some degree. Some definitely make up, some potentially blood, some possibly mould? Are they even washing these things, or just moving them between rooms?
It was too late at night to go somewhere else, so requested new bedding at least. Got given two sheets which is apparently the only spare linen available after hours. Got back to the room and found both sheets were as stained as everything else.
Absolutely disgusting. Slept fully clothed on top of the bed and left before sunrise.
